Sure. We should all believe that a lawyer alone witnessed something from this patient that a host of medical professionals haven't seen over the course of 15+ years. That's credible.

Attorney Barbara Weller was with Terri earlier today. She told the media that, during her visit with Terri, she explained to her what was happening. According to Weller, Terri began to cry and could not be quieted. She tried to coach Terri to say "Let me live" but she simply was having too much difficulty.

It's tragic and strange. She did get 'emergency' dental care a year or 2 ago, a few teeth were pulled because of infection. I'm looking for the thread, the dentist was aghast at her lack of basic care.
I might add, Michael vowed to use the money to rehabilitate her, prior to receiving it. Declared after 7 years that he suddenly remembered she didn't want to live 'like this'. Has ignored the comments of the Nobel prize winning doctor, that he could rehabilitate her, even after all these years, and has rehabilitated others worse off. The Geneva convention and civil rights groups demand we treat prisoners better than the 'care' she is receiving. I can't imagine why, except he's a sociopath, why? And his girlfriend doesn't feel threatened by his callousness or sympathetic for Terri. Wow. What a sad day. Let's hope someone can overrule this "Judge" before it's too late. She is one tough lady, she has survived so much.
I agree. Violence is not the answer here. I fear that others may not see it that way. We must win this for Terri in the system if at all possible. Otherwise, we as a nation are no better than the Nazi's.

Thanks. I think I'm getting the picture now. Sennsabrenner is on now saying that the "shall" issue is about the bill that the house and senate were working on yesterday. Apparently at the last minute the house removed the word "shall" from the bill and substituted the word "may", which is what's allowed Greer to ignore it. Santorum's going to be up in the next hour, and Sennsabrenner's agreed to stay over for further discussion with him. Hopefully they'll clarify this so a layperson like me can understand.
