If all this interaction is taking place why can't someone in her family sneak a little camera, heck, a camera video phone in there and record this stuff. Images are very powerful!
The judge won't allow cameras in her room. The Schindlers did sneak a camera in, that's where the videos came from. However when the judge found out about the video, the Schindlers wern't allowed to visit Terri for a long time.
