Your standard response to arguments is "I will not be baited" Actually, it not.
I respond to relevant questions and posts, not people spoiling for a fight.

I don't think we disagree on the basic "facts" of this case; I am pretty upset about the Congress getting involved. If you think the baseball hearings sucked, wait till you see this.As a general rule, I agree. The less Congress has to do with just about anything, the better. However, the good thing about general rules is that there are always exceptions.
There is an important difference between this case and the baseball hearings. In the latter, there is no great public outcry and grass-roots efforts the get Congress to "fix" the problem. It's merely a typical opportunistic face-time-grabbing publicity stunt to give themselves a little media exposure.
With regards to the Terri Schiavo issue, however, Congressional involvement is being driven by genuine, massive public pressure from their constituents. No doubt many of them will still try to milk all the self-serving publicity they can from it, but they would not be acting at all on this one were it not for the incredible grass-roots pressure. When considered from this perspective, the Congress, especially the members of the House of Representatives, is fulling its Contitutionally mandated duty to represent their constituents.

There is an important difference between this case and the baseball hearings. There is? Well, thanks for setting me straight on that.
DUH.
I think you missed my point: ANY TIME the Congress gets involved it is guaran-damn-teed to be a three ring circus with people rushing for face time.

Conservatives should be appalled at the leftist tactics being employed by by the more extremist elements of our movement to subvert the "rule of law" in this case.
Judge Greer has ruled correctly again.
He is backed by the Fl. State Constitution and the Curzan rulings in the U.S. Supreme Court that ruled tube feeding to be extraordinary medical procedure's i.e. forced feeding that could be refused by the patient or their guardian.
If the Federal Government persists in trying to interject itself into this State matter there could arise a constitutional crisis. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the due process was given to everyone involved in this case.
Various legislatures are now working overtime to usurp due process rights for Mr. Schiavo.
This is not conservatism it is radical religionism.

and the Curzan rulings in the U.S. Supreme Court that ruled tube feeding to be extraordinary medical procedure's i.e. forced feeding that could be refused by the patient or their guardian So we're a nation that can make our own laws. We can change this ruling when it's being abused. The courts will have nothing to say, and they will be instructed as to what the laws will be. Not the other way around.

It's inhumane to support life? That's an interesting take.
I repeat. This is morally indefensible.

I wasn't talking about anyone. I was talking about a link to misinformation. If all you know how to do is try to start an argument, maybe you shouldn't post to me. Just think about it.

I love the fact that I've posted a page with research facts, links to the actual court transcripts, a timeline and answers to basic questions. Those on the other side keep going back to a page that accuses the husband of attempted murder 15 years ago. And they say I'm insane?
