Conservatives should be appalled at the leftist tactics being employed by by the more extremist elements of our movement to subvert the "rule of law" in this case.

Judge Greer has ruled correctly again.

He is backed by the Fl. State Constitution and the Curzan rulings in the U.S. Supreme Court that ruled tube feeding to be extraordinary medical procedure's i.e. forced feeding that could be refused by the patient or their guardian.

If the Federal Government persists in trying to interject itself into this State matter there could arise a constitutional crisis. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the due process was given to everyone involved in this case.

Various legislatures are now working overtime to usurp due process rights for Mr. Schiavo.

This is not conservatism it is radical religionism.

So we're a nation that can make our own laws. We can change this ruling when it's being abused. The courts will have nothing to say, and they will be instructed as to what the laws will be. Not the other way around.
