No, they can't choose the federal judge. The judges in Florida, for the most part, are against Terri's right to life.
Drudge is playing Terri moaning in horrible pain to her dad on Friday after they removed the tube.
It's horrible. How on earth could they hurt her like that.

But don't leave out your concerns about the runaway judiciary in our country. We've lost prayer in the schools due to a judge. We've lost fetal rights through abortion due to a judge. We've lost the Ten Commandments and had an upright, decent man named Roy Moore ousted - due to a judge.
And now this shameful situation with poor Terri.
We must hammer away verbally at Congressmen to do something to better balance the three branches of government and halt this runaway judiciary.
Now on to a federal judge in Tampa, Florida.
Per cnn guy we talked to today talking now, some matters ARE GOING TO THE 11TH CIRCUIT IN ATLANTA and some to the Middle District in Tampa. An ambulance is ready to transport Terri Schiavo to a hospital. God Bless em. there are people still out there by Hospice and it's cold tonight. Bob Franken, CNN did a fair job, not a hatchet job and he talked to us today, was very nice man.
What happened to the Atlanta Judges?
How long before Terri gets medical care again? In Oct 2003, we had all this euphoria but it took hours and hours before they started rehydrating her. Felos and Co. were frantically threatening anyone who tried to help her, desperately trying to eke out just a few extra minutes, hoping she would pass the point of no return.
(Kinda like all the dem speeches earlier, not a doubt in my mind they were deliberately savoring each extra moment they could inch her towards the cliff. THEY KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO PASS, THEY COULD HAVE LET THIS PASS AT 2:00 THIS AFTERNOON, BUT THEY INTENTIONALLY DRAGGED IT OUT FOR TEN MORE HOURS.)

Fox News reported that Michael Schiavo is in hospice with Terri. He's frightened of the idea that Terri will be saved.
The White House really picks the judge. The judges take cases on a rotation. Depending on what time the bill is signed, it is faxed to the judge on duty in that hour.
I'm wondering if we're not getting ready to split into different Republic party factions, after seeing some of the stunning views on this and so very many Terri threads: a fiscal conservative party, social conservative party and both. This situation has brought some eye-opening revelations, and it's become clear to me, throughout this long and anguishing weeks, that there is definitely a distinct difference in conservative philosophies.
We read all posts so as not to miss a nugget of info. And Lauren is right. This thread is no place for insults. Any other thread but this one.

they won't forget about Greer. he's in Frist and Delay's sites. He totally ticked them off. They know a criminal when they see one. That's why I think that Greer is hiding but the good news is that since Greer's been in hiding, the empire journal hasn't been hacked.
