Sensenbrenner is correcting the record. TERRI SCHIAVO IS NOT ON LIFE SUPPORT, NOT ON A VENTILATOR OR A HEART PUMP. ALL SHE HAD WAS A FEEDING TUBE UNTIL TWO DAYS AGO AND THAT'S NOT LIFE SUPPORT. It's simply requiring somebody to have the nutrition and hydration they need as a living human being. To starve someone to death is one of the most cruel and inhumane ways to die. It requires the resinsertion of the feeding tube to determine if her federal or statutory rights have been violated. She should not be allowed to die while the courts are determining what her legal rights are...
On the other hand, next time I get mad at someone and want to kill them, the "personal, private, intimate matter" defense may come in handy. How dare the government interfere with such a deeply felt, personal decision!

GAO audit 14.8 paid back in medicaid fees in appropriately collected. Don't know if there is a life insurance policy. the guardian refuses to answer every time. can't evaluate... the intent of the guardian. The allegation that 19 judges have reviewed and concurred. The full list of judges in the history and throughout all of that, I CAN IDENTIFY JUDGE GREER, THREE JUDGES IN 2ND DCA, THE FLA SUPREME COURT AND ALSO THE US SUPREME WHICH SIMPLY TO HEAR ON THE SUBPOENAS LAST WEEK. It narrows it down pretty much to one judge and that's JUDGE GREER. Terri Schiavo deserves a denovo review and an opportunity at life.
As far as I'm concerned, we should use the enforcement clause of the 14th Amendmment to trump all state laws allowing people to kill the disabled in a manner that violates thier constitutional rights. Including the Texas law if the shoe fits.

I'm more worried about after the bill is signed. Will the Federal Judge do what's right. That part scares me.
With the whole world watching, hopefully the Federal Judge will be on the side of life. I don't trust any of the Judges anymore.
