ARRRRRGH!!!!! Wexler is such a jerk.
Wexler is pro-euthanasia. He keeps talking about Terri's wishes. He doesn't know a thing about Terri's case.
Hey Wexler! You don't HAVE a soul to search!!!!
fax them the transcript of Michael's confession
Wexler is BIG jerk!
You would be GLAD not to have sound card right now!!!! Wexler is up!! I muted my TV, and won't even turn around to WATCH HIM !!
Well, if that happens that would be horrible, but i think with Terri's case being moved into Federal court it will open doors for everything to change for Terri. And lots more is going to happen, this is only the beginning of what I think will get bigger and bigger!
Here's what wrong with Wexler's "19 judges" argument:
1 - As we learned in 2000, the Florida state courts are quite bad.
2 - After the killer-judge Greer found the facts that Terri was in a persistent vegitative state and said earlier she wanted to die if incapacitated, the subsequent Florida state judges reviewed those findings using a deferential standard, leaving those facts in place even if wrong. Deferential review frequently leaves wrong facts undisturbed.
But under the bill to be passed at 12:01, a De Novo review by a federal court, after a full new trail, may find quite different facts.
I'll be up all night, Halls. Just like in 2003. It is not possible for me to sleep when American law is perverted to the murder of a helpless innocent. I need to hear the legislators make their excuses. I need to know why they presume to take an innocent life, beloved by her tormented family. And I need to pray that someone who has the power to do so, will save Terri---and his own soul.
I am so sick of hearing that this starvation is "Terri's wishes".....BS!
Robert Wexler is a jerk. He must be friends with George Felos.
Oh, and now the most prominant doctors of this country have examined Terri????? (according to Wexler) When did that happen and who are they???
Trying to make his voice break up, now whining about the rule of law. Imagine that, a democrat whining about the rule of law. They don't know what the law is, otherwise they would recognize the importance of individual rights over state rights.
Sadly, many here on FR don't even understand that. I'm surprised at the numbers here who whine about state rights over the individual.
Coffee...big pot of black coffee, thanks. Polly, how is your friend doing whose baby was stillborn? And your niece? Any word there, yet?
Now saying they HAVE TO BE A DOCTOR [to know that someone should be able to know whether or not their wish was to starve someone to death]. NOT!!!!
WEXLER IS LYING ABOUT TERRI RIGHT NOW. PVS. THE COURTS. PERCEPTION ONLY ONE JUDGE BEEN INVOLVED IN THIS CASE. 19 JDUGES HAVE PARTICIPATED (that's a lie), the state of fla through our court system has acted deliberately with justice and with due care. The state of fla thru judicial system has taken testimony from every one in the family and everyone who knew here and has given testimony. the most prominent neurosurgeons and neuros throughougt the coutry. STANDARD OF CLEAR AND CONVINCING EVIDENCE THAT TERRI SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED TO CONTINUE IN A PERSISTENT VEGETATIVE STATE (a boldfaced lie). WExler says "We stand in the shoes of Terri Schiavo because we are simply arguing that the Will of Terri Schiavo has found by the legal system of Florida which is the law of the land as of now, that her will be respected and that her will be carried out (it's murder). With all due respect to the proposed remedy, if this bill were to pass, the court system of florida will lose it's long history of jurisdiction of this matter and others and the jurisdiction of the fed court will be substituted... I would ask the question. If the fla courts had found in favor of Terri Schiavo's parents, would we be here this evening? I suspect not. So it is fair to conclude therefore that the reason we are here this evening is that the majority is unhappy, objects to the decision rightfully reached by the courts of the state of florida and as a result, the majority wishes to undermine over 200 years of jurisprudence, the respect for judicial independent and the jurisdiction assigned to it. IN CLOSING, I would simply suggest this one thing. THIS IS HEART WRENCHING FOR ALL AMERICANS. EACH AMERICAN HAVE BEEN SEARCHING THEIR SOUL IF THEY WERE IN THIS POSITION. The issue before this congress is not an emotional one. IT's simply one that respects the rule of law in the state of florida, the rule of law which has involved the participation of 19 judges (lie, bold faced lie). not a single piece of evidence has said anything other that she persists in a vegitative state. We will substitute our judgement... we are willing tonight to replace our judgment with the judgment of the most prominent doctors in our country and the judges who have tried to reach a just result. (what a bunch of b.sht.) WEXLER WAS ALL SHAKY WHILE PRESENTING HIS LIES ABOUT TERRI BEING PVS. All b.sht. FV
OMG Wexler has been yelling and shaking and SPITTING claiming this is not an emotional issue
Ahem.
The Florida courts let that child predator POS out of prison in two years of a ten-year sentence--so he could kidnap, rape and murder the nine-year-old Jessica Lundsford.
I speak for all decent Americans when I say to Florida's courts, STFU.
bttt
You're so right. Libs whine about upholding the rule of law only when it fits their agenda.
