"You have betrayed her, Michael, even before she collapsed. You are lower than low, and one day, Michael, you WILL pay for all that you put her through!"
That's right, Mikey! It's not over. This will follow you around the rest of your life, and afterwards.

Greer ordered an execution order for Terri. Why can't Gov. Bush stay the order? Doesn't he have the power to stop an execution of a prisoner on death row?
To: Dante3
Just wondering why Jeb Bush is not placing Terri into protective custody. Maybe he wants to be reminded of Terri Schindler Schiavo every day for the rest of his life, like Ted Kennedy is reminded of Mary Jo Kopechne.

Could you post some of what Tom Delay said?
To: windchime
"Fox News-Michael has suspended family's visits."
As someone said on another thread, "May his suffering be legendary even in Hell."
To: TruthSetsUFree
Amen. Lord Jesus I add to this that you seal off any harm physically to Terri. Protect her from any attempts of murder. I pray that if it be Your Will that Jeb would come and intervene now at this point. Father we look to You , we Trust you.

He doesn't have the authority. I've heard several who are up on the Constitution say that both Bush brothers could intervene. Gingrich was one. There were more. So many names to keep straight!

Per Tom DeLay
Terri will be getting nutrition tonight hopefully...
Michael has been acting not in Terri's best interest, no MRIs, No PET scans, no sunshine, no outside, in a hospice for 5 years. She is not PVS, she is disabled...
Sorry I was too emotionally involved to take notes...
It sounded great though!

Thank you for finding that link. Also on this site is this info:
----
Permission for Autopsy? [Top]
By state law, The Medical Examiner is not required to receive permission from next-of-kin for an autopsy. Religious objections to autopsy are handled with counseling on a case by case basis when the rights of the deceased might be compromised by not performing the autopsy.
-----
When is an Autopsy Necessary? [Top]
A complete autopsy is most often performed in traumatic or violent deaths (gunshot, stab, electrocution, burn, poison, fall, drowning, starvation, suffocation, strangulation, etc.), any police custody death, suspected suicide or drug overdose and in most cases of child death. Investigation or autopsy is necessary in all traumatic deaths regardless of the duration of survival or hospitalization of the injured person if no complete recovery was made after the injury . (THINK BONE SCAN, FOLKS!!)
An autopsy is not normally performed when the death appears to be from natural causes, adequate medical history exists, and there are no indications of foul play. The Medical Examiner often receives such cases only because the attending physician is not in Florida and cannot sign a Florida death certificate or the person has never been to a physician.

Why can't Gov. Bush stay the order? Doesn't he have the power to stop an execution of a prisoner on death row? If Terri had committed an actual crime instead of only being disabled, he could.
However, if I understood several Constitutional lawyers that have been yapping lately, both Bushes could intervene pending an investigation of abuses and irregularities.

Are you wanting to know what I think?
Welll.......
"the dims are the party of death".
They have been in the past and continuing to be up to today! I have no reason to think they will change tomorrow! They are going down after this even worse than before!
I actually want to get on top of my house and scream out to my city. BTW, I'm being as gentle as I can at this minute about what I think, but does this help?
God bless sweet Terri and her family.

Thank you. That was and is where I stand. Colonel Gritz, as always, was a step ahead of the rest of us. However, it seems the cops in Clearwater have no interest in the "....higher law....". Marshall Law is where they are coming from. It isn't 'serve and protect' Terri. They're mind set is that of a brown shirt.

The Senate passed a bill that could prolong Terri Schiavo's life while a federal court considers her case while House Republicans, stymied by Democrats, scrambled to bring enough lawmakers back to the Capitol for an emergency vote early Monday.
