I don't have cable, so I missed it. I'm sure someone here will eventually be able to tell if it was recent or old.
I was going to use those arguments but I called on the Republican line and they appear to be taking more democRat calls
? they will be voting tomorrow on the bill for Terri's case to be heard in US court (interesting...), w/idea that that US court would then order her feeding tube reinstated.
She needs to be in protective custody. Jeb needs to act. This is JUST what happened last time. Last min stuff in this case is not good -- esp w/stakes HIGHER this time than last. ... am concerned.
Hi everyone...I just learned from tv that they took off the feeding tube to Terri...I know it happened some time ago, but they showed it on tv just minutes ago here...just wanted to tell you that I completely support you, what's happening is crazy...and that Michael...he's such a bastard!!He should be accused of murder!!I don't usually pray, but tonight I really feel like I wanna pray for Terri...she and her family are in my prayers...

yeah, we don't even know that the federal court will hear it.
The congress needs to be involved because this is a human rights, constitutional,
issue and a criminal issue. the Congress is failing Terri to have federal review
in a circuit court if it has to go to Tampa. Judge lazarra is prejudiced
against Terri schiavo living. In regards to Judge Greer he is not a legal judge,
did not file a valid oath of office, and other paperwork in a timely fashion, etc.,
should not have been on the ballot and is involved with other attorney's in regards
to fleecing the disabled and elderly. The attorney's and judge are in cahoots with
the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. Inc.
I did the research and michael schiavo is responsible for denying Terris voice and
substiting his own .. she has been denied rehab to speak. She is trying to say she
wants to live. They should teach her to say DIVORCE.
GREER BASED HIS RULING ON
1. HEARSAY! THAT IS INADMISSIBLE – against the law!
Not only that,
2. MICHAEL ONLY REMEMBERED THAT AFTER HE GOT THE MONEY!
3. fact is that GREER IS NOT LEGALLY IN OFFICE as a judge.
