I was very pleased to hear Delay say that Harry Reid was helpful in this process. I still can't believe it but if true that's GREAT!
She has to have committed a crime in order to be pardoned.

There are at least 3 stipulations which result in certain outcomes:
1. Divorce from Michael Schiavo
2. Legal decisions rendered, permanently barring Michael Schiavo, George Felos and Co. from being able to interfere with Terri and her inalienable rights to life, liberty, happiness, etc. again
3. Guardianship of Terri to be given to her parents/siblings who love her
Among others, these outcomes will allow Terri to receive the rehabilitations (which she has been denied for over 10 years) that were not only stipulated by Michael Schiavo (to win a malpractice lawsuit) but which are necessary (as retained rights) in bringing her back to full capacity (an ultimate retained right) at the soonest possible time. Therefore Terri will begin the journey on the road to her recovery.

I talked with one of their incompetant and apathetic investigators the other day. Sorry but this lady did not say the right things. She even made a remark about some great grand conspiracy like trying to denigrate those who care for Terri, etc. and I didn't even say anything aboutsome great grand conspiracy.
I think the problem is we don't speak the same language as a member of Congress. What Delay seemed to say about Judge Greer retaining the case, sounds to the citizenry like everything is left right where it was. But his words actually mean something different to him and his fellows. The bill mandates that a Federal Court HEAR the parents' case in regard to Terri. A Federal Judge isn't ordered to replace the tube, but Delay said the Judge will order it because that is hard and fast procedure to hold the person harmless while their case is heard. The Judge may or may not side with the Schindlers against Greer's rulings. If he rules differently from Greer, he will order such and such from the Federal Bench, but on a state level it is George W Greer who still has the case in his court and must respond, one way or the other, to the Federal Order. If Greer defies a Federal Judicial Order, I would guess Federal Force might THEN be sent, but not before.
I would love for them to try to keep asserting privacy now that the Congress is on this case. I wish they would get a clue about the rehabilitation and therapy part!!! and out of Michael's hands, etc.

Well they have to get all the evidence in front of the Federal judge to be considered.. EVERYTHING.

If BJ Clinton can send in the Federales to grab a child at gunpoint and ship him back to Castro, W can surely send them in to feed a starving woman.
It is my understanding that everything in the case would be up for Federal review. However, the FOCUS of the review is whether or not Terri's Civil Rights as an American, and perhaps as a disabled person but I don't know that, under the Constitution, have been violated in the handling of her case.

My options are much more limited. I just couldn't make it in a place like Georgia, unless it's Atlanta or Savannah. :) Western Europe - I want nothing to do with the EU. They're further down the euthanasia slope than we are. Canada - forget it. Their medical system is so bad that it's defacto euthanasia. I have a fantasy that Alberta will finally tell the rest of Canada to stuff it, go its own way, and become a beacon of liberty and a refuge. But it's just a fantasy.
It looks like I likely have to stay here and fight. And I do mean fight.
