Now Fox is calling the "hearing" a CONFERENCE CALL.
To: Wampus SC
The freepers who are in favor of starving and dehydrating Terri are frauds. I've read their posts carefully and they are clearly non-freepers gathering info for the other side. In addition, their gratuitously hostile tone gives away their insincerity. Ignore all of them.
To: nicmarlo
Fox keeps switching the language from "hearing" to "conference call"... arrrgh!

I'd love to see Greer being dragged out of there in handcuffs for violating a Congressional subpoena. Is that too much to ask for?
No it's not. We can dream!
To: nicmarlo
Be still my heart......the feds taking custody of Terri is a dream come true....
And my OSU Cowboys are winning right now! GO POKES!!

We are not going to take back our country by sending out emails and writing letters.
It is long past time for action rather than words.
I asked earlier in this thread and saw no answer, but would a policeman shoot someone who tried to feed Terri?
Think about it.

No, it's not too much to ask. It's a good starting point. :)
I've heard that judges don't have that much fun in the slammer.
To: texaslil
Sure did --- and SCUMBAG too!! He was great this morning, abolutely! Urged EVERYONE to call the FL senators and our Congress critters in DC.

I realize people have been "working" on it. Is anyone physically there now and helping to save Terri from those who wish to kill her? Most of the FL freepers who have been working on this for so long are at the hospice now. At least one is in DC. Does that answer your question?

I just heard Fox's Catherine Herridge say that "some lawyers" she's talked to say that Congress's ploy won't work, and that the "federal gov't has overstepped it's bounds -- that this is not an issue for the federal courts, but only for the states."
Oh really? Why was then was it so imperative for liberals, in 1973, that the federal court strike down the abortion laws of all 50 states?
Hypocrisy, thy name is liberalism.
To: Awestruck; nicmarlo
Actually, given Greer's track record, a "conference call" is much better than a "hearing".
Anything that doesn't involve that man picking up a gavel is a good thing.

They would physically try and stop them, if that failed, I believe they would shoot them. But the outrage would be catastrophic. The person killed I believe would become a national hero.
To: STARWISE
I've been hearing lots of criticism against him for not speaking about this matter. Unfortunately, I can't get him by radio, except in my car....
To: nicmarlo
Yes..heard that. Do we know for sure if it is Judge Greer?

Fox keeps talking about the "judge's ruling" on this.. what does Greer have the authority to rule about at this point? Hasn't his authority been removed at this point?
