The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

WASHINGTON - Prompted by new intelligence indicating Osama bin Laden reached out to the most feared terrorist in Iraq, President Bush charged Thursday that "al-Qaida still hopes to attack us on our own soil."

"Recently, we learned that Osama bin Laden has urged the terrorist Zarqawi to form a group to conduct attacks outside Iraq, including here in the United States," Bush said at the swearing-in of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff.

The president vowed, "We're working every day and night to dismantle (bin Laden's) network and to bring him to justice."

Back from my trip and found TM right where I put it. We did 4-days worth of work in 2. Even the hair (whats left) on my head hurt. We dug foundation footings, spread 21 CF of gravel and 31 Cf of concrete in a rush to beat the rains that hit Arizona. We also accomplished other tasks. A couple of quick questions as I am still trying to get up to speed over the past week.

1. Any other confirmation of a coup attempt in Syria?
2. What have our little friends been talking about lately?

Be a few more days before I can get my feet under me, but I'm back just the same.

Okay, so he's a bigwig - did any of us need his stamp of agreement on what we already know? Now that the Security Chief admits they're here, what does he plan to do about it (the bigger question)? At least he admits they're there!

WELL NOW, I personally just don't know if it was anthrax after all, but it does seem 2 labs are pointing to the possibility of the presence of anthrax. The bottom paragraph of the March 21, 2005 article link you posted is interesting and I quote:

"Pentagon officials now are working to gather more than 8,000 pieces of mail that moved through the detached facility between March 10 and March 14."

That video/audio is worth a really good long listen, a couple of time if possible.

It's in english and there are some veiled threats in there

"if they survive" (in regards to our children and theirs) around 3:07 minutes in

in regards to depleted uranium "if we were to return this irradiated material to the US and Britian, we would be no different than those who used it." around 7:08 minute in.

Interesting statement to be sure, they've read all the propaganda, conspiracy theories and then some.

I'd be interested in knowing what others think of this.

I've been wondering if this meant, there's 8,000 pieces of mail out there that might be contaminated?

RED LAKE, Minn. (AP) — Several people were shot and some were killed Monday at a Minnesota high school, the FBI said.

The FBI did not say how many people had been killed or wounded, and did not release any other details.

Chief deputy Tom Lyons told the Star Tribune of Minneapolis that the shooting occurred about 3 p.m. at the school in Red Lake. He said that as many as 14 people were injured.

KSTP-TV reported that a suspect was in custody.
