Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

The Judicail Aaid tells me that they have every Republican Vote and this bill will pass in Committee.
I call him every day! I have a good reliable source and the Judicial Committee in the House will pass the bill on Wednesday. It's gonna pass the Republicans are in the majority.

Scoop 1 is wonderful and so is theempirejournal. CNNfoxabcnbccbs take notice, this is how investigative reporting is done! No Hollywood none of the time. Hard fact reporting. I will definitely recommend them for a prize. Just think how enlightened people would be if this is the kind of news we received all the time.

Labyak believes everything she does is just fine, even conspiring to kill Terri Schiavo. She has written as recently as March 19, 2003, that she has spent her life with the goal of "changing the way people die in our community."
Labyak states that she has "actively upheld the vision, values and philosophy that is the foundation of hospice and palliative care." Nothing could be further from the truth!
This lady doesn't have a clue what the foundation of hospice is if she believes Dame Cicely Saunders and Elizabeth Kubler Ross would approve of Labyak's recent activities at this hospice! Or perhaps Labyak has suffered a complete lapse in memory of what the foundation of hospice is? The local community in Florida and around the country will not tolerate making hospice a place of killing and that is what Labyak wishes to accomplish!
Under Labyak's direct leadership, the hospice stands ready to kill Terri Schiavo at any time the judge says "ok." The hospice, directed by Labyak, stands willing to cooperate in carrying out the wishes of Terri's husband who has fought in court for years to kill his wife, who, judging by his actions, is his wife in name only now.
Michael Schiavo has chosen to live with another woman and had a child by this other woman. Yet, Michael Schiavo uses the money awarded to Terri, in order to try to end her life by withholding food and water from Terri. Is this the pioneering vision of Mary Labyak?
Is this what she has spent her life working towards?
Anybody would die if they were starved to death and not given any fluids. Is this the direction Mary Labyak and the Hospice of the Florida $uncoast wish to lead all hospices in our nation? Only through the valiant efforts of Terri's parents has Labyak (and the hospice) been prevented from killing Terri!
Will Mary Labyak, The Hospice of the Florida $uncoast and its Board of Directors make hospice a place that terrorizes the disabled? The Hospice Industry constantly complains that patients enter hospice too late for the patients to receive the services that hospice has to provide during the end-of-life period.
Yet, if hospices are willing to kill patients, like Terri, the Hospice Industry is shooting itself in the foot! Many patients will refuse to enter hospice if this practice is to become more common, as suggested by the leadership of Mary Labyak and the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast!

pseudo-psychotherapy might be the appropriate word. Since I have never attended an "audit session," I can only speculate what kind of activity they use to generate the fees they take from their followers. This is also money that can be used to buy politicians to do their bidding. If it doesn't make sense logically what is the policy then it must be the money making it illogically.

Shoot, when I was going out and feeding AID's patients dogs it was darnably impossible. Always had to make 3 trips, had to present your light bills, water bills, food bills, prescription bills, rent receipts. Some of the people who were sick owned their homes outright and were forced to sell them when the rent could have more than covered the property taxes and their expenses wouldn't have been as high. I think the term is you had to be destitute. I cried with one lady and her husband. They had raised their children in their house and had never lived anywhere else, but he got aids from an auto accident and she got it from him before anyone really knew to check the blood for transfusions. It was awful. I used to watch the roaches crawl under the partition from the apartment next door in the only place they could rent. What they did to AIDs patients in those days was disgraceful, probably still is.

Where did the phrase "choice in dying" come from? Well, there was an organization called the Euthanasia Society of America which changed its name to "Choice in Dying" which no longer exists - it merged into the "Partnership for Caring" which was founded by Ira Byock, MD. Mary Labyak is corporate Secretary and Treasurer of Partnership for Caring.

Our Angel on Earth, Mother Theresa is most certainly crying in heaven at the thought of Terri.
Look at how many years ago this picture was taken of sweet Terri, and she even had toys behind her .. before her HINO started his double life. Her hands looked to be clenched --perhaps she was in need of rehab that early and none was given.. SAD SAD SAD. GOD, SMILE ON SWEET TERRI UNTIL YOU CALL HER HOME.
Maybe we need to send them the Petition and Shiavogate!

I've heard a lot of bad things (and good) about hospices throught the country. We should all thoroughly investigate ANY institution that we put our loved ones in.
