Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

If so, and if Greer 'finds' that Terri already meets the 'exception clause' in it, then YES, I'd guess they would impeach him.
Scoop did you locate Kathleen Walker. I read the letter she wrote the st. petersburg paper....sounded like she knew MS personally. From what I understand she knew of another child that he had before Terri's so called accident.
Keep digging, if anybody can dig it out, you can.

I'm ashamed of our local law enforcement participating in the circus of preparing for the execution.
PLEASE FREEPERS, COME JOIN US IF YOU CAN IN PINELLAS PARK. The cops cannot hurt us, only intimidate us because we don't break the rules. I wonder if some cops can refuse duty at Hospice Woodside for religious reasons. They can't all want Terri to be executed.
I AM RECOMMENDING PEOPLE ATTENDING STARTING TOMORROW TRY TO PARK AT THE WINN DIXIE GROCERY STORE AND OTHER PKG LOTS NEAR HOSPICE WOODSIDE. The cops have it marked off so they can ticket as many as possible.
Buy something at the grocery store plaza and leave your cars there. It's a three block walk west from Winn Dixie to Hospice Woodside. Bring a lawn chair and your water, etc. Just lv your car in a different lot, not near Hospice.

Remember to park at Winn Dixie grocery store and walk west to Hospice Woodside. buy something at the grocery store and look casual. I'll check that lot once in awhile to make sure that the cops don't start bothering people at the Winn Dixie parking lot. The City of Pinellas Park is putting up the fencing as well as furnishing the death row cop presence for Friday. The meanest cops pull death watch duty. They HATE TERRI SUPPORTERS. THE OLD WEST, A HANGING, a little boy runs down the street with a primitive toy. It looks like a one horse town. A cop conceals a badge and has his gun locked and loaded. IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
The word twisting regarding consitutional rights felos is trying to scare everyone with..and the way it has been twisted to cover TWELVE YEARS of hideous abuse terri has suffered, that when felos cries out terri and all of will lose our constitutional right to die...
he should be answered with 'WHERE were your concerns about TERRI's CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS when you have, for TWELVE YEARS, denied her any RIGHTS WHATSOEVER?
And go on to explain the HORRIFIC way she has been DENIED rehabilitative therapy, outings into the sunshine, the broken wheelchair that MS refused to get fixed and his REFUSAL to accept a new one, his keeping her in a dark room, he REFUSAL to allow her friends to visit ALL OF THIS TIME, his REFUSAL to allow her pictures, religious symbols upon her walls for comfort (she is catholic), his REFUSAL for TWELVE YEARS to allow her to have the ANY TESTS or MEDICAL PROCEDURES that might grant her hope, HIS PUNISHING of the SCHINDLERS by not letting them see his dtr when he is mad at them, HIS REFUSAL to let Terri interact with others in the hospice, that she is NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE ROOM, his HIDING HER and ABUSING her while claiming PRIVACY for her so the WORLD WILL NOT SEE THE HAVOC and HELLISH DEPRIVATION HE HAS LAID UPON HER!
And felos is WORRIED about TERRI's wish to die being denied her, CALLING THIS A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT, a so called wish that was BASED SOLELY on what Michael, his brother and his brothers wife backed up......AFTER..........AFTER...................
three years of taking exceptional care of Terri ( taking her out in the wheelchair, having her hair done, getting her therapy, etc, oh yeah, LOTS OF PHOTOS done there, for the jury's benefit, while this MONSTER was awaiting the big jury windfall for her rehabilitation....oh how Michael claimed in that process that Terri wanted to live and was expected to live a LONG LIFE.....
THIS SMELLS SO BADLY I CAN ALMOST SEE THE STENCH UP HERE IN INDIANA.
So ask JEB TO SPEAK TO THE CONSITUTIONAL RIGHTS TERRI HAS BEEN DENIED BY BEING FORCED INTO A HOSPICE AND ABUSED THERE EVEN AS SHE WAS ILLEGALLY PUT INTO A PLACE FOR THE TERMINALLY ILL!

Tell this person to ask JEB about these twelve long years of constitutional rights terri has been denied.
Ask him why he allowed michael to STOP the last DCF innvestigation by his REFUSING Labelle ACCESS to Terri. Ask him since when does a suspect CONTROL an INVESTIATION into himself?
Ask him if he would allow his own dtr to suffer as Terri has.
Have this person take two article....two...both from the web newsight called TheEmpireJournal.com..one that has the words...FRAUD MEDICAID FELOS and GREER in the title (documented with actionable law breaking cited and founded) and the one that has GUARDIAN...the big cover-up words in the title.
Have him get these two article to Connor...PRONTO.
This case does NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE LEGISLATURE TO ACT....LAWS HAVE ALREADY BEEN BROKEN.

Judge Greer is a Republican. If that feeds your anger, freepers, PLEASE ACT. START CALLING THE US CONGRESS, AND THE FLORIDA HOUSE & SENATE, DCF AND FLA AG CHARLIE CRIST.
No guardianship judge should EVER sentence a WARD TO DEATH. They are support to protect the ward, it's the guardianship judge's highest DUTY.
Is that particular Hospice putting up barracades to keep people out or keep people in?
