THIS DOCTOR IS KNOCKING IT OUT OF THE PARK!HE is saying from what he knows of TERRI she is at the very least MINIMUMLY CONCIOUS!!! This man says she is either minimally concious or FULLY CONCIOUS! That she deserves the chance to PARTICIPATE in this decision if she is ABLE!

The reason Rush won't mention Terri until possibly Friday,
and he won't come out STRONGLY in her favor, is that his
OWN troubles with the Florida courts demand him to take
the exact OPPOSITE stand that the Schindler's must take...
Rush must demand that the Florida PRIVACY LAWS are all powerful and supercede everything else the courts might do.
The Schindlers need to maintain that Michael is subverting the privacy laws in order to hide evidence and to kill Terri.
Rush doesn't like looking like a hypocrite, and doesn't want to cook his own goose.
