Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

She was starved and dehydrated...by her scientologist friends...in the same area where Terri resides.
The pictures show EXACTLY what dehydration and starvation DO to a PERSON who is HEALTHY, as in NOT DYING, like Terri.

They say it probably TOOK 17 DAYS for her to die.
When I look at the horror this death process took upon her body....I cannot EVEN believe that I live in AMERICA ...knowing that a JUDGE LAID this Hospice style DEATH meant for those who are end stage (no longer eating anyway having lost all interest in food)...upon TERRI...just is completely HITLERIAN.

I really think that article is one of the best, perhaps THE BEST testament to Terri's physical condition and ability to respond.
Just a bit of info for newbees which only scratches the surface:
Michael Schiavo is a sadist who euthanized Terri's two cats, and far worse, admitted on the Larry King show that he had his parents starved to death when they were sick with cancer, etc., and abused Terri before the collapse, and continues to abuse her.
He won't allow her to have therapy to talk (she can say a few words), he won't allow her to have therapy to swallow better (she CAN swallow soft foods), he turns her family's pictures around in her room, won't allow her to go outside for some fresh air, won't allow sunlight in her room, won't allow her see the cute little dogs that are brought around to cheer patients, won't allow her teeth to be brushed, etc.
And here's an important snippet from a transcript when Michael was on Larry King's show. You can read entire transcript at link provided.
CALLER: Yes. Does it bother you that the death is so slow? Maybe Dr. Kevorkian-style would be a faster, more peaceful way?
SCHIAVO: Removing somebody's feeding is very painless. It is a very easy way to die. Probably the second better way to die, being the first being an aneurysm.
And it doesn't bother me at all. I've seen it happen.
I had to do it with my own parents.

AND MICHAEL IS LYING AGAIN when he says it is painless. Death by starvation/dehydration is a horrible way to die.
Seems to be a moot point, since the point of the post is being very moot.
I've been aware of that for a good while. I just wanted to give him/her/it a chance to show it again - by once again failing to back up an outlandish claim by either evading or being silent. As usual, that's what happened.
And if he *could* back it up, that would mean something even worse. Either way, he loses.

It means you're on the right track.
On the one hand, many of us realized LONG AGO we were heading for situations like Terri's. On the other hand, it is a SURREAL NIGHTMARE that is hard to believe.
And yes this is an EXACT parallel to the beginning of the NAZI HOLOCAUST. People like Terri were some of it's FIRST victims. The men who are trying to KILL Terri, GREER, FELOS and MICHAEL, are fifties years later, truly HITLERS HENCHMEN.

Great info. It's sad that Michael probably caused Terri's injuries and won't allow her medical treatment like therapy and a shunt.

Ya wonder how much longer people like felos and schiavo can perpetuate the BIG LIE about what starving and denying water to someone is like.
If a state decided to use dehydration and starvation as a method of capital punishment there would be an UPROAR from every conceivable group and organization LIKE NOTHING YOU HAVE EVER SEEN, not only in this country but throughout the world!!!!!!

I fought my case for six years, and no matter what my different attorneys tried to do, we always came to a dead end, losers .. the fix was in. I finally just had to give up .. I had done all that I was physically, emotionally and financially capable of doing, and at the end ..was a bleeding, scarred, insolvent and pitiful soul.
It was either continue this futile pursuit, or choose to preserve what life and emotional stability I still possessed and survive. I chose the latter. There was no other choice, as I refused to give into the suicidal thoughts that often would invade my depression. I was damned if I was going to give "them" the satisfaction.
There is no way to comprehend the grief and suffering the Schindlers have endured for FIFTEEN YEARS .. I just cannot imagine .. there is no way, except for Our Loving Father, who has made possible for them the impossible.
It's SO obvious that Greer marches to Felos' wishes and that he's oblivious to facts, reality or even willing to undo the result of his admitted "error in interpretation." He's been showing a God complex, and either so biased against Terri's family from square one or he's been bought with something of value to him ... be it the cause, or something tangible.
I've been praying all day, seeing Terri's sweet, innocent face before my eyes .. and the light that shines on her face is one of utter purity and loving innocense. I cannot imagine that her light could go be extinguished, and I'm trusting in God's will and His plan for her, though I know not His plan for her or for us because of her.
She has the most incredibly steadfast and devoted family, she has the solid legal team she needs .. God Bless them and all those in a position to deliver her from this evil.

On "Boston Legal" this evening, Terri's case was mentioned in a passing comment by one of the characters during the program.
It took more than a year to get as far as we did on this thread in two weeks!!!!!!
