Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

I truly believe this is a spiritual battle, too, and although we might lose this battle (although I pray not!), the war against the purveyors of death will be won. This case has gotten so much publicity over the past few months, that I believe many, many people are rethinking their own beliefs about the concepts of right-to-die, "death with dignity" (assisted suicide), and euthanasia.

Until I became aware of this case about a year ago (through Glenn Beck's radio show), I always thought of euthanasia as unplugging breathing equipment, IVs, and other tubes from someone totally unconsious and unresponsive -- "brain dead". My eyes have truly been opened to the insidious way this culture of death has crept into our lives.

I know that God is using this opportunity to delineate the differences between good and evil more clearly than ever so that people will truly understand and recognize it.

Agency Weighs Next Move After Terri Schiavo Judge Rejects Delay

Clearwater, FL (LifeNews.com) -- The Florida Department of Children and Families is weighing its next move following a decision Thursday by Circuit Court Judge George Greer. He decided against allowing a 60 day delay of starving Terri Schiavo while the agency investigates charges that her estranged husband Michael abused and neglected her.

DCF spokesman Tim Bottcher said the agency is considering its legal options, but would not comment further.

One option for DCF to consider is whether to take Terri into protective custody and to move ahead with an investigation into the charges. That could keep her feeding tube in place and prevent her scheduled starvation on March 18 from taking place.

David Gibbs, an attorney for Terri's parents Bob and Mary Schindler, said the agency could take custody of Terri just as it does children by removing them from homes in abusive situations.

"The courts are telling the Department of Children & Families, 'You can't do your job as mandated by the Legislature,' and I think that's inappropriate," Gibbs told the Orlando Sentinel newspaper. "We're obviously waiting to see what they (DCF) will do next, but they certainly have the option of an appeal and taking Terri into custody."

Florida Governor Jeb Bush indicated he was disappointed by the ruling.

"I don't know how DCF can't be involved,'' Bush said. "There's a law that says if the hot line is called and there's a warranted need for an investigation that there ought be an investigation.''

The Schindlers still have legal battles brewing in their effort to save their daughter. A Florida appeals court is scheduled to rule next week on those motions.

Finally, Congress and the Florida state legislature are looking to pass legislation that could possibly save Terri's life.

That reminds me that Nazism was also based on the occult, with a mystical sense of the "fitness" of certain people to live and of others to die. So much of what we are forced to observe about this case is reminiscent of the viewpoint of the newly-empowered Nazis, who began their horrendous crimes by killing the disabled, and LYING about killing the disabled.

It is awesome to see the same combination of violence and deceit be so easily accepted by the population. Can't they see they are being lied to?

Terri's fate is not even so much about Terri's personal fate. I really believe that if she had been, say, killed in a tornado from last year's hurricanes, that would not have suited the purposes of Felos, Schiavo, Greer, and the other promoters of death. Exactly right, Starwise. However, I'm NOT at all convienced about the amount of money left from Terri's Trust Fund. Who knows how much IS hidden away.

Plus don't forget - there may be insurance money too, payable upon Terri's death. I'll be darned, if I will ever under estimate the ability of HINO and Felos to hide $$$$$$$$$'s from the public eye.

It has always been that Terri has been held away from anyone's line of sight. Always.

Michael has controlled everyone around Terri with an iron hand.

This entire big LIE, which could result in the DEATH of someone who has been so cheated of her rights to decency and happiness and has had to suffer intense abuse of EVERY KIND, has happened because felos has instructed michael, and HELPED him (by illegally getting terri into a hospice so NO ONE would question her condition as EVERYONE knows that is where people go to die) in every way to KEEP TERRI A VIRTUAL ISOLATED PRISONER.

Only the people everyone would SUSPECT to say she is NOT in a vegetative state can see her, and those are limited to her parents, siblings, priest and once in awhile their attorneys.

Michael, with this power, has been able to control Terri's doctor, been able to order NO THERAPY, has done EVERYTHING he can to make her surrounding dead and dark ( no flowers, pics, religious symbols, no outings, she is NOT allowed to leave her room, no JOYFUL anything...only long moments of intense loneliness broken by a Hospice attendent or her family...I doubt her moments with Michael are filled with anything other than him taunting her, asking why she won't JUST DIE so that he can BE RICH)

So the public is robbed of being able to see TErri in her good moments (just how michael and felos WANT IT, which is why they allow NO VIDEO, NO PHOTOS, NO OBJECTIVE VISITORS)...

The PUBLIC does not KNOW that she laughs, shows sadness when her parents leave, that she WANTS TO TALK and verbalizes so much, trying to sing, making noises that reflect conversation even as the sounds are garbled

(and she used to speak after her accident. very few words...but she spoke words like MOMMY, MOM!, HELP ME, Pain!!!!!!!!)

There are affidavits to this fact given by nurses who tended to her who were IGNORED BY GREER.

It is that PEOPLE do NOT KNOW that Terri is NOT DYING. All the public hears is PVS and HOSPICE!

HOSPICE!!

HOSPICE!!!!!

And we ALL KNOW WHAT THAT WORD MEANS!

All they hear is HOSPICE.

And that is JUST how felos and michael WANT IT.

People like myself, who have stood by a loved one aided in passing over by hospice...know that their loved one had LONG SINCE GIVEN UP ON WANTING FOOD before the starvation process is begun. The morphine gets um through this pain....eventually sending them into a coma like state until death comes.

HOSPICE WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE USED TO KILL ALERT, HEALTHY HUMAN BEINGS. IT WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE USED AS A PRISON FOR A DISABLED PERSON WHO HAS NOT HAD THE BENEFIT OF THERAPY EVERY DAY OF HER LIFE!

EXCEPT IN THIS CASE.

Since WHEN did the HOSPICE ORGANIZATION BEGING HELPING THE HEALTHY AND ALERT STARVE TO DEATH?

The public doesn't know this is what is happening. So they think Terri is like the person they know who had Hospice help. (just like felos and michael and greer planned it)....AND SHE IS NOT.

TERRY GETS HUNGRY.

SHE DIGESTS HER FOOD.

SHE GETS THRISTY.

SHE RECEIVES AND METABOLIZES her FLUID.

SHE WANTS HELP.

And Michael is giving her a final slap....even as he porks his concubine and thinks about the money to come from books and movies and interviews as he drives his great big silver mercedes around town.
