Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Yup. Absolutely. In fact, he'd dig his heels in even further, if that's possible. Terri's death is Michael's (and Greer's) unholy grail, and they'll let nothing and no one get in the way.

The good recognize the boundaries of their sacred power and are reasoned and judicious in their deliberation and rulings; the bad ones enjoy the power and capitalize on their positions, contaminating the whole system.

I've been burned badly, too, and I'm with Mark Levin .. there should be some method of term limiting or a re-examining their record, financials and connections .. not life terms. Life terms, which could last until the geezer is 98, give unlimited power, if there's no examination of record and judicial prudence.

Some Background Information on Michael Schiavo: Most people, particularly Terri, were easily intimidated because of Michael’s size (6' 6", nearly 250 lbs.). It has been documented that Michael had rages of anger and would use his physical stature to bully people, and as indicated in their attached personal experiences and affidavits, it was mostly women that were the subject of Michael’s episodes of anger.

In the early 1990’s, Michael Schiavo’s treating psychiatrist, Dr. Peter Kaplan, stated in a phone conversation with Terri’s father, in regards to a violent episode occurring between Michael and Terri’s younger sister Suzanne, that Michael was potentially dangerous and should a situation re occur, to call the police.
In a deposition from November 1992, that Michael admitted Dr. Kaplan prescribed Welbutron, Paneior, Elavil and Prozac medication to treat his condition.

Additionally, contrary to everything Michael admittedly learned in his CPR training, he did not turn Terri over and clear her airway the night that she collapsed. His CPR training could have re-started her heart.

I don't think he could. As Governor, Jeb Bush heads the DCF. As such he would have every right to accompany a DCF investigator.

That Michael, Judge Greer and Felos will STOP at nothing to see Terri DEAD, I have no doubt.

Which is WHY he has imprisoned her in a Hospice, a death house, where he can call ALL OF THE SHOTS.

You remember that Michael Shiavo, before Terri's so called 'accident', USED TO CHECK HER CAR ODOMETER TO MAKE SURE SHE HAD ONLY GONE WHERE HE SAID TO GO, right?

And as for the hospice hell ...it is the safest place for Michael to secret her away.... none of the staff there CARES that she is not getting therapy-after all-they are trained to hold the hand of the dying, administer morphine as needed, sooth drying out lips, and listen for the end of intestinal sounds (shut-down). And since Judge Greer ok'd MEDICAID paying the tremendous expense of keeping Terri in a house of death (after felos and greer have associations with the supreme board of Florida Hospice....manipulating the rules has probably been a cinch for them) it has been a NO COST THRILL FOR MICHAEL TO MAKE SO MANY SUFFER.

Since MICHAEL RECEIVED MONEY to rehabilitate Terri....how in the hell can he drive a mercedes (owns two?) while taxpayers take care of his wife he so wants to honor the promise to kill her but porks a mistress and makes kids on the side?

felos says terri would want michael to have comfort, to not be alone, etc.

So why does terri have to do ALL OF THE GIVING? Does Michael not love her enough to want her life, as she waits for him to KILL HER, to be the best it can be....with flowers, gifts, kittens to cuddle, outings, religious symbols that she loves on the wall, pictures on the wall, lots of company, family AND FRIENDS...so that TERRI WILL NOT BE ALL ALONE??? I mean...HE DENIES ALL OF THIS TO TERRI but says SHE would want HIM to screw another woman and make babies and live in an upscale house, etc., etc., ETC!???

Exactly Republic! I agree, agree, agree!! The fact that Michael Schiavo only thinks of himself and never thinks of Terri is disgusting to me. Why doesn't he think of her and give her a change at life instead of a painful death? I'll never understand that!

You know, I also wonder if Michael reads FR and all that we say about him. I bet he has friend who point out posts and things we say. If he does read this I hope he knows and understands that God gives life, and it is He who can take it away, not man! He has no right to take a life, even if a judge on earth says it is ok. There is no authority higher than that of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the author and finisher of our faith, fate, and life. No one but God, no one but God!!

That was a giggle. O'Reilly has two family law attorneys on discussing Joan Kennedy's alcohol problems and that her children have to be her guardians, due to her condition.

The one attorney, when questioned about the reluctance of many people to give up control, and that perhaps many children would have ulterior motives to gain control of their parent's money, etc., the one attorney exclaims with confidence: "Oh no, the court has complete oversight over the conduct of the guardian over his ward .. there are strict guidelines for the guardian to report to the court and describe his conduct every 6 months or so...very strict guidelines from the court.

SO THE COURT HAS COMPLETE OVERSIGHT OVER THE CONDUCT OF THE GUARDIAN OVER HIS WARD. And you know what I yelled OUT LOUD to the TV! Attorneys will say anything.

Although Terri's parents long to care for their child, the court has decided that Terri must die. This is an abomination before Almighty God.
