Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Come on now, you know her biggest desire in life was to be starved and dehydrated to death if she ever became disabled.

She used to tell her husband that every night. She wouldn't let him go to sleep until he said yes, he would starve and dehydrate her and make her death as torturous as possible because that was her wish.

Terri starts out apparently asleep. A doctor wakes her to start his tests.

Doctor: Terri. Open your eyes up...

Terri: (Startled at hearing her name. She starts moving her mouth and fluttering her eyes, like a person who is just waking up)

Doctor: Open your eyes, Terri open your eyes

Terri: (slowly at first, Terri struggles to open her eyes, then turns toward the doctor, and opens her eyes a normal amount)

Doctor: There you go, good.

Terri: (then, either to show off(?) or wanting to perform well, she leans further forward toward the doctor, looks straight at him and opens her eyes as WIDE AS SHE CAN. Note the WRINKLES ACROSS HER FOREHEAD caused by her also RAISING HER EYEBROWS as high as possible )

I am still reeling from learning that an investigation of the horrors Michael Shiavo has put Terri thru was STOPPED by HIM refusing access to the investigators....I mean, the MAN who was the suspected PERP could STOP the investigation into HIS OWN ACTIVITIES>>>HUH?

He has ABUSED TERRI TERRIBLY, note

he has ordered ZERO physical therapy,

he is busy living in an upscale house, with fireplace, pool, mercedes and fancy van, PORKING his mistress or concubine with whom he has fathered two children, While Terri is paid for by MEDICAID.

he BROKE his marriage promise to Terri but wants to keep the promise to kill her which he REMEMBERED AFTER getting 1.2 million from a jury to be used to rehabilitate her! That's the ticket, take your mistress to visit Terri, taunt Terri, try to break her heart, keep her in the dark room at the Hospice, away from everyone while YOU live the good life.

he at one time tryed to prevent necesssary anti-biotics from being administered-to the point of taking it to court and being ORDERED to allow her to receive the medicine (heartless bastard),

he allows no gentle stimulation,

he REFUSES to allow her parents to place religious symbols in her room where she can receive comfort from them

he refuses to take her out into the Florida sunshine ( does't want anyone to know that Terri is alert, alive and responsive, don't cha know)

he confines her to a HOSPICE which is a place for the DYING and Terri is not terminally ill!!!

She laughs, she demonstrates sadness when her parents leave, she giggles with her father and last night DELIGHTED in her priest (who has also been denied visits to terri when Michael the monster is angry over something!)...and on and on....

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT MICHAEL SHIAVO DOES NOT WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW THAT HIS WIFE IS RESPONSIVE, ALERT, FULL OF FEELINGS, DEEPLY DEMONSTRATES A NEED TO COMMUNICATE (but of course is DENIED THERAPY...what kind of hell is this?) BlogsforTerri Prepares for USA Today Ad

The BlogsForTerri ad compaign continues....

Having just completed our first fire across the bow of the mainstream media via our BlogsforTerri ad in the Tampa Tribune, we are now preparing to place an ad in the "USA Today" on Friday week. That day has been chosen for both maximum readership and also timing within the narrow window of opportunity to contribute to the growing grassroots campaign at the nation-wide level to save Terri.

Several groups have already expressed an interest in joining with BlogsForTerri by co-sponsoring the ad that is expected to cost almost $20,000. We have already contacted USA Today and are working with the Schindler Media office and others, to prepare the content and layout of the ad. BlogsForTerri expects to be prepared to raise about one-third of the total cost.

Blogs are encouraged to help get the word out. Pledges are requested immediately in order to be prepared for the placement of the ad next Tuesday for the Friday, March 15, just three days before Judge Greer has scheduled Terri's execution to begin.

In related news on the BlogsForTerri campaign to draw attention to Terri's plight, we were interviewed by a journalist with the New York Times over the weekend. Details will be released on the interview by the NYT sometime in the next two weeks when the article is expected to run that weekend in one of their weekend features.

Message from Terri's sister:

Last night (Sunday, 2/27) at Woodside Hospice, Terri's sister, Suzanne, thanked everyone for their prayers and support. Suzanne was nearly in tears as she thanked everyone on behalf of Terri and her family. Suzanne said that saying "thank you" doesn't seem to be enough, that words can't express how her family feels about the support they are getting.

Suzanne, her husband, daughter, and Monsignor Malanowski visited Terri last night. Suzanne said that Terri was cheerful and was happy to see her. Terri always laughs at Monsignor Malanowksi's jokes.

The rest of Terri's family traveled to Jacksonville last night for today's press conference with the Justice Coalition.
