I'm only reading this thread, but why wouldn't they have had someone like Bette Midler do the Carson tribute, instead of GOldberg? Not that one normallly equates Bette with class, but she was on his last show and clearly adored the man, and can step up to the plate in a relatively dignified fashion when necessary. Whoopi isn't even capable of that much.

That is actually a good photo of Renee. I saw her on the red carpet and she looks awful. Like an old lady with alot of powder on her face who didn't know when to quit dying her hair black. And her teeth are VERY yellow.
I felt bad for her. Don't know why she thinks that looks good.
