I understand your desire to jail deniers and revisionists. Where should it stop? Where will it stop?

Canada also wants to jail those who would read or speak certain bible passages(old test.) because it constitutes hate speech against homosexuals. Where should this stop or are these laws for a very good reason?

I think if malicious intent can be proved, then the boundary is crossed.

That's why courts look at each case and determine if a person had that malicious intent in mind when he/she published/spoke those ideas.

If you just quote Bible in some sort of pastoral setting it is one thing. If you are quoting Bible at the meeting of organization known for its gay bashing activities, that is something else.
