President Bush continued his European trip today as he spoke in Bratislava, Slovakia to an enthusiastic crowd. The President later met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and both later spoke to the media. The First Couple also gave their best wishes to Pope John Paul II, who is recovering from emergency surgery. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!
We are truly living in historic times
Good evening, Rintense. Thanks for today's Dose. I'm on late and can't stay long, unfortunately. But just wanted to check in to see today's photos.
Good night I am just off now hope to catch you tomorrow hope you liked the GWB picture above
Good night
love
Eleanor
For your kind wishes!
You have made this a very special day for me!
That's a fun idea, Ohio.
Wonder how one would go about finding out?? Haven't a clue myself.
Maybe Mary Mapes would get on it now that she's out of a job.
It still tickles me to listen to those parliament sessions!
I mean, British are supposed to be reserved and there they are screaming and yelling. At least they don't throw decaying fruit and eggs. Or do they?
Whereas in our Senate, it's all dull and decorous.
The distinguished senator from Massachusetts has apparently lost track of the facts somewhere along the way, inadvertently, I'm sure.
And so on.
well, thank goodness.
I worked again this morning trying to get that picture to post to no avail.
....W on Mt. Rushmore......
Hi Mike! Yes, yes, yes......W should one day be on Mt. Rushmore!
Drives me crazy that no one (even on Fox)will publicly acknowledge that the freedoms now being enjoyed by millions of people can be credited to George W. Bush. God bless our President!
Hey, tomorrow's my birthday, so get your mouse finger ready, 'cause I want the flight suit too!
oh oh, kitkat, please send some newly fallen snow to me too! As former northeasterner now in southeast, i'm missing snow.....of course, that's cause I don't have to shovel.
I'll be ready for you, altura. Get a fan. ;o)
Indeed!
Indeed these are not quiet times, in part because this historic visionary is deliberately awakening the sleeping giant of freedom in many regions around the world. Like a stone rolling down a mountain, we are watching events unfold that work to add fuel to the fires of freedom.
In the next few years, I believe that George Bush will be indirectly responsible for people all around the world demanding a voice in their government and accountability from their leaders. Those upheavals will not come without human cost, nor without fierce opposition, but the end result will be hard-won freedom and democratic governments for millions.
That is absolutely delicious, prairie. Brat........BROTHER Bush I LOVE it!
He has a mind like a computer. Wonder if he'd consider coming back??
I'm ready!
Today was our anniversary. We just came back from a nice dinner,
EXCEPT...
the DP kept looking across the table and say, "you're weird!"
I guess he just noticed.
......BROTHER Bush I LOVE it!
I hope someone tells W that story. He will absolutely love it. The nasty media gets foiled again.
ROTFLOL I think the third photo under #10 is W having a laugh on the press. It looks as if both he and Pooty-poot are posing for the "I looked into his eyes and saw his soul" statement.
And now she is free because of Reagan, and being kissed by Bush.
What a glorious moment in time!
