More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

I am unclear again: can Schiavo again block the state agency from monitoring Terri's condition. If so, the state agency intervention is meaningless. People in FL do not understand the threat of runwawy judges like George W. "Haman" Greer.

Seems to me you have been in collusion with Felos, Bushnell, et al in the past... promoting your love for the culture of death. The Empire Journal has a whole slew of your criminal actions from the bench.
You refusal to ask why Terri has been in a hopsice for 3 years when she isn't and never was dying is criminally reprehensible.
The conflicts of interest and your refusal to read briefs in this matter is staggering. You are a nazi! You should be in jail!
You are sick. You rule in dictator fashion from the bench violating statutes and laws in place to PROTECT people like Terri Schiavo. No guardian ad litem? No evidence allowed in your court? You are a monster!
Your collusion is now in the open. The only thing you have to ask yourself is, in addition to everything else illegal you have done, do you want a murder charge added to that as well? What a wonderful email to George W. "Haman" Greer of Clearwater, FL! Unfortuantely, he is too blind to read it and too detached to take you seriously. In fact, he probably thinks that such comments proves that he is "right." The man makes Nero look like a more promising candidate for conversion.

Look I am not going to argue the time and effort you in particular put into your degrees...suffice it to say that from all evidence I have seen over the years in academia a Communications major is the easiest to get.

Someone told me that they heard on a radio show today that Michael has said that he wants Terri to be cremated imediately with no autopsy.
Most of us know this.
But anyway, a police officer called in to the radio show and said everyone needs to call the State District Attorney of Florida to ask that they start an investigation of how Terri got in this condition.
So that might be another call to action for us - to call Florida's District Attorney.
My question is, is this Florida's District Attorney?
