More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

published June 3, 2001Under Florida law, Schiavo will inherit his wife's money when she dies. Had he divorced her and let her parents become her guardians, there's a chance he would get nothing and possibly have to give up some of the money he was awarded from the lawsuit.
Jane Grossman, a St. Petersburg family lawyer, said a court determines what is a marital asset during a divorce. Money awarded to a spouse for past damages or expenses is considered a marital asset because those things happened during the marriage. That money can be divided.
But compensation for future loss of earning capacity and future medical expenses belongs solely to the injured spouse, according to a 1998 2nd District Court of Appeal ruling.
In this case, Schiavo is both Mrs. Schiavo's husband and guardian and gets the money either way.

As her sole guardian, MICHAEL HAS NEGLECTED TERRI FOR YEARS. That right there is enough to trigger a DCF investigation. Now if Hospice was taking orders from HINO all these years instead of from doctors, then they are also in hot water. Major hot water. People in the medical profession are supposed to register complaints of NEGLECT AND ABUSE, NOT PARTICIPATE IN THEM. They are accessories. WHY WON'T DCF GO AND GET HER IMMEDIATELY?

mispellings on corporate records may simply be because the name was too long to fit on the field in the database so the data entry clerk abbreviates. Ck a separate insurance company out of the blue like State Farm and see if they spelled insurance funny.
Terri's main doctor is Dr. Tripodis.

I remember posting stuff and reading many other posts as pertains to the insurance company. I can remember also going to the court house records and finding information regarding the insurance company. It's somewhere here on FR. I remember that long thread. (I just can't remember which one it was, or what exactly I posted about the insurance company with Jodi's name on it.).....I'll try to find something....
hi, fv that doesn't fit -- it's not a length prob, and we saw this on every document, incl. the FL site w/all official names of FL businesses. It was listed as "Jerger Centzone Insurnace Agency" --- Insurnace -- every time, every place.
