Greer is so ignorant. The preparation for Last Rites is being handled by Judge Greer, not her parents. There would be no need for Last Rites if he wasn't an incompetent, immoral, lawless judge.
He is bound by some secret pact or by a belief that he is omnipotent.

The preparation for Last Rites is being handled by Judge Greer, not her parents. Hey, Greer is a one stop shopping proponent. It probably means that Terri won't have a priest she knows nor will it be someone who will attest that she swallowed the Host wafer.
