More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
There is no extension. He just set the date the starvation begins. March 18th. There are no more stays. He set the date of her death. Terri is very alert and aware and HAPPY. Will Greer meet her? No. Obviously, somebody has a copy of his FBI file because he's totally incompetent and corrupt. Visit my tag line.
I don't know what the original story was, but both Fox and MSNBC are saying he CANNOT remove the tube until at least March 18th.

Yeah after I posted I was thinking this should be looked at as a blessing and I should have posted , thank you, God. He could have ordered it pulled today. I just can't understand turning down the request of APS though. It's just unheard of IMO.

A lot can happen between now and then.
And the cables are reporting that the family is HAPPY about this ruling.
Local television said "Judge Greer denied the Schindler's motion and set the date for the feeding to be pulled to be March 18th. THAT IS THE DAY THEY WILL CARRY OUT HER DEATH SENTENCE. I'm not thankin' Judge Greer. The family wanted Michael removed as guardian and they wanted testing for Terri. THEY WERE DENIED.
Then why are the talking heads saying this gives the family more time to seek other remedies?

So is it, or isn't it a extension? What will happen on March 18th?? Will there be any more hearings BEFORE that date, and can the Schindlers, DCF, and or Jeb do anything ??

The Fla Legislature meets on March 8th. I HOPE THEY GET THEIR BILL DONE BY THEN Bill 701 would protect Terri.

Let's not forget he set the date for last Tuesday and she's still here.
Will DCF be able to accelerate their investigation because they wanted a 60 day stay? reporter says: good question. This would be a DCF investigation without a stay. There is no stay. Greer set the date of Terri's starvation.
We have more time to lobby for Terri's freedom from the clutches of the death lobby and evil judges.
I guess this is the best we could have hoped for.
When is he scheduled to rehear the case for dismissing Michael S. as Terri's guardian?
We now have a chance to get these cases expedited to the Supreme Court.
We now have a chance to hold the Florida legislature accountable to their promises. (They also get to go on their break. I bet they don't stay and work on Bill 701.)
We now have a chance to get the Florida Bishops to do their moral obligation and condemn this unjust law.
Does Greer think he's going to wear us out? That we'll get tired of keeping up at this pitch? He's got another think coming.
We're just getting our second wind. If Terri's parents can keep this up for years, we can keep going for 21 or as many more days as it takes.
