The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views. More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

You're welcome. Thank you for reposting it. None of the information there is my own making, but it has links to a lot of information about Terri. If anyone knows of a site I've left off, please tell me, and I'll add it.
I don't understand, or maybe more accurately am a bit in shock that The Empire Journal is not being considered as a news source. There are articles posted from sources such as World Net Daily, News Max, and all sorts of small town papers. The Terri Schiavo situation has got to be the longest running topic (or at least the top 5) on Free Republic. We know for sure that this topic has brought many new folks to FR. Those of us who have been following the situation for a long time are practically jumping up and down with joy that there is finally a reporter who isn't afraid to "tell the story like it ought to be told, who has actually dug into some things with the case that no one has ever done and now we can't post them in any topic other than a Terri thread?
Is this set in stone?
Since Free Republic is an alternate news source, you would think that they would support an alternate newspaper like the Empire Journal, which reports stories the other newspapers will not carry because of media bias.

The best thing to do is to go to www.theempirejournal.com and read the article Constitutional Showdown. At the botton is the link to Randall Terry's web site which has contact information and projects to cause an avalanche in Tallahassee for the House, Senate and for Governor Bush. PHONE CALLS ARE THE BEST WAY TO FLOOD TALLAHASSEE or FAXES. Jeb Bush can save Terri with or without the Fla Legislature. Everyone we can think of should be calling Jeb too and just say "please save Terri." on behalf of the people. The people are fed up with judicial tyranny. Isn't that it in a nutshell? Have a nice day tomorrow.
I'm starting my phone calls over again tomorrow. WE MUST NOT LET THE SENATE SAY "THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO." They can try... The Senate is not as friendly when we call as the House members (Jim King's influence over the Senate even though he's no longer prez imo).
The House is still wanting to help Terri but, that Senate are just closing their eyes, even the Senators who voted for Terri's Law says they can't get anything out of committee.
THE VOTERS HAVE A RIGHT TO REPRESENTATION. Starving disabled people is not what I sent anybody to Tallahassee to engage in or to say they can't do anything which is just as incredulous. They ALL took oaths to follow the State Constitution which means protecting Terri.
Not unlike the Senate in Washington!
