On Ducks And Homosexuality

In a contentious debate between myself and some radical 'gays' who support the teaching of the 'gay' lifestyle to children, one of them asked me if and when I had 'chosen' to be heterosexual. "Was it at age 3, 6, 13, 19?" he asked, "Or did you (a female) just 'naturally' gravitate towards boys or men without any outside pressure or force?" This question, laden with implied meaning, is a favorite tactical 'trap' set by 'gays' for unsuspecting and unprepared heterosexuals. It plays upon and manipulates our consciences so as to cause us to feel guilty; it lures us into setting aside logic and reason and calls upon us to be led by emotion; it purposefully lends itself to creating confusion. Its' underlying premise is that 'gay' behavior is the result of 'orientation', a meaningless, nonsensical term meant to fool us into believing in the existence of a hitherto unheard of third gender or race. Thus we are coaxed into concluding that 'gayness' and heterosexuality must be the same and therefore 'gayness' is deserving of 'inclusion, sensitivity, and rights.' This is nothing but a cleverly crafted fable, but to dissent against it is to be guilty of hate, 'homophobia,' bigotry, and racism.

My response, just below, seemingly disarmed them and after calling me a few obligatory names, they quit the debate.

"There was no 'choice'........there was never any question........my gravitation towards the opposite sex occured as naturally as breathing air. Now for yourself, 'something' occured that interfered with your natural 'gravitational' process towards the opposite sex and manhood that, in effect, stunted it in much the same way as a baby duck can have its natural progression towards becoming a mature duck interfered ...

The answer to how to stop the behaviour is the same as wht do the homosexual activist hate more than anything else?

In both instances the answer is The word of God and His Word. IE, the Bible and Christ.

Yet do they really want to argue that serial killers are born as serial killers and are not serial killers as a result of their upbringing?

And, even if they were, would anyone argue that they should be granted minority status as a result?

People are born with birth defects. I don't claim that psychopathic behaviors or homosexuality are birth defects, but just because someone is born with a trait doesn't mean we leave that trait "untreated."

Shalom.

They quit the debate because they realized they were dealing with a moron.

If they thought the speaker was a moron they don't understand homosexuality. If you buy the 'when did you decide to become heterosexual' trap then you might need to study the issue more.

Shalom.

snip.....QA: Yet do they really want to argue that serial killers are born as serial killers and are not serial killers as a result of their upbringing?

Brother A. & brother B. grow up in a terribly dysfunctional home. Both brothers experience the same conditions. A. goes on to become a serial killer, B. doesn't. Why? Because A. gives into 'impulse' while B. is in control of his impulses.

Some boys are sexually abused but never become 'gay', while others are abused and do become 'gay'.

Lack of impulse control coupled with a need for self-gratification, selfcentered 'neediness' (if you loved me you would do, give, understand, etc., etc., etc), and rebellion against authority leads to trouble every time.

It wouldn't surprise me at all to find out that 'gays' fit the preceding description.

You're welcome, but scripter, little jeremiah, and Coleus are the ones who did all the work on those excellent threads, and so we should acknowledge and thank them. I just post the links and help compile the documentation (I am the bump grunt!).

Please publish the URLs to the links posted in reply 37 - we need to get the information out to as many people as possible.

More documentation is in process and will be posted in the coming weeks and months.

I am only the managing editor, when it comes to suggesting what an editor put on his or her page, you must contact them directly, you can do that by using the form at Christian-news-in-maine.com and addressing it to Linda. If you want her to contact you, you will have to give us a nane and email address, we use the same form as Matt Drudge does, so it is totally atonomous.

Thanks,
Jake

I love this question, I always answer it like this.

When did I choose to do right or wrong? When did I choose to lie or not to lie? To cheat or not to cheat? I really can’t remember when but it wasn’t some meaningful revelation when I decided the example my parents, grand parents, etc, etc, were doing was the right thing to do, it was just the right thing to do.

I mean it’s a common sense issue, and even given the obligatory genuflect to “moral relativism”, it doesn’t take genus to know what objectively is an exit or an entrance…it’s a square peg round hole kind of thing.

I would ask the same question, when did you decide to deviate from the archetype your parents, friends of your parents, television shows, church socials, everyday baseball game soccer mom and dad watching, normalcy that is in front of your face every day?

Suppose it depends on the country. In Colombia, I think the word for a gay man is "mariposa" or "mariposo" (butterfly).

Based on a comment I made on another thread about Queer Beer you could start answering:

When did you decide to drink beer instead of giving yourself an enema with it?

Shalom.

This headline would be really funny (albeit redundant) in Spanish.

You are right!

Homosexual Agenda Ping plus Duck info.

Looks like some good, decent, sensible arguments. Of course, to those who have voluntarily joined the Dark Side, nothing will help. But there are many - especially young people - who still have a corner of their minds and hearts open to truth and common sense.

Let me and DirtyHarryY2K know if anyone wants on/off this pinglist.
