These reporters are so predictable. How did a Condi confirmation question turn into an "apologize for Iraq" statement?

Who is this jerk that's launching a verbal fusillade against King Abdullah II?
Has this idiot every heard of the Baath Party?
The Pasdaran?
Give me a break!
To: Bahbah
The President should not have to defend his goal of liberty for those w/out it. Reporters who are exercising THEIR liberty to question him SHOULD certainly understand the goal.

Come to the defense of DR RICE....fine and honorable....
Doesn't take the lying bait.....

And the President uses this opportunity to speak eloquently about Dr. Rice and what a fine public servant she is. And says EMPHATICALLY that Dr. Rice should be confirmed quickly.

Moran follows up and cites the President's address and why we aren't moving to free this man.
CBS asking about Rice and the accusations she lied in the run up to the war.
GWB states she will be a great Sec of State and he looks forward to her confirmation.
Giggles from the corps as CBS follows up on "the lying".
Gregory asks about the helicopter. GWB says it is being investigated. It is always tragic to lose lives. Does not have facts on cause, heard the rumors about weather Gregory asked about.
Gregory follows with Social Security question.
To: TomGuy
David Gregory is in serious need of a wedgie.

These press idiots will tell you that Bush is secretly jonesing to invade every single Arab dictatorship, but then they want to blame every bad human rights decision in those countries on him.
The one thing I miss about being a liberal is being able to have it both ways. ;-)

When he opens his mouth, he proves his last name is misspelled.

The President is sharp this morning. He blew through haircut row beautifully.
To: Carolinamom
Reporters who are exercising THEIR liberty to question him SHOULD certainly understand the goal. That would require logic and common sense--two things the MSM doesn't have.

Sounded to me like he was asking the question because this person spoke out against the United States. I suppose the point being will the President support freedom of speech even if it's anti-American. What a stupid question.
