Maxine Waters Torture - (Super one from Dustin Hawkins!)
CHRONWATCH.COM ^ | JANUARY 9, 2005 | DUSTIN HAWKINS

Posted on 01/09/2005 7:32:19 PM PST by CHARLITE

What Real Torture Is

While questioning Attorney General nominee Alberto Gonzales, Republican-of-the-Year Arlen Specter (PA) asked the hard-hitting question: “Do you approve of torture?” It almost reminded me of the time Specter asked Bill Clinton during his impeachment if he believed in sexually harassing women at the workplace.

Oh wait, that didn’t happen.

Specter and his friends (Democrats) were quite upset at Gonzales’s involvement in presidential initiatives allowing aggressive “tools of persuasion” against Al-Qaida terrorists. They feared another reign of terror, as seen under John Ashcroft, whereby murdering lunatics weren’t given five-star hotel accommodations, massages, and discounted tennis lessons. And then there is the U.S. Constitution, which under liberal interpretation gives foreign-born terrorists living and captured on foreign lands more rights than Americans. For once, liberals actually demanded the right to religious expression.

Nothing is more frightening to a liberal than an attempt to extract information from people whose main purpose in life is to kill Americans. Not only have we found a group of people who actually hate America more than liberals do, but also we want to know what they know, what they plan on doing, and when they plan on doing it. (Unlike with liberals, from whom we never want to know what they know, what they think, or what they plan on doing).

Liberals are magical with their “tools of persuasion” too. First they size up their victim, explain how much “respect” they have for the individual, and then try to bury them under the sand. They did it to Condoleezza Rice during the 9/11 hearings and this hearing would be no different. Joseph Biden (D-Del) said “I love you” to Gonzalez and called him “old buddy,” and then straight up called him a liar in the next sentence. The liberal rule says you can say anything mean or racist as long as you say something nice first or say it while smiling. Naturally, almost all of the Democrats were impressed with his rags-to-riches story just seconds before asking Gonzales a question.

At worst, if all the Democrats are right, we will have an Attorney General who thinks it is okay to aggressively ask questions of Al-Qaida trained terrorists who want to kill Americans, and who will take an extra look at foreign-born non-citizens who fly planes and look like they might be Al-Qaida trained terrorists. That isn't torture. That is called self-defense.

Real torture is watching these election-losing bumbling blowhards as they try to bring down every conservative that comes down the pike. Check that, every minority conservative that comes down the pike.

This week was about more than just Alberto Gonzales. If that hearing wasn't insulting enough, Maxine Waters (iDiot-Cal), informed the world that she was 'ashamed' that Ohio's Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell was an 'African-American man.' If only Mr. Blackwell were a conservative white woman, then Michael Moore could make a really convincing movie about how an evil white Republican with too much make-up stole over 115,000 votes from black Ohioans.

Among Mr. Blackwell's many apparent crimes, he: 1) certifies election results according to procedure, 2) VRWB (Votes Republican While Black), and 3) plans to run for Governor in 2006. I wonder if she is 'ashamed' that O.J. is 'an African-American man'? What about the DC snipers? Or Shaquille O’Neal, for making 'Kazaam?' Well?

Unfortunately we don't know if she is ashamed of murderers - or bad actors - who share her race. We do know who is on her shame list, and it includes a Secretary of State, a future Secretary of State, a Supreme Court Justice, and a future Ohio Governor (imagine the tears streaming from Barbara Boxer's face then).

Gonzales and Blackwell now belong to an ever-expanding list of 'attackable minorities' i.e., conservatives. These high-profile figures really dampen the left's perception of what Republicans should be: wealthy white men. At some point liberals will have to come to terms with the possibility that the Republican base is far more expansive than they ever imagined, and that it wasn't 61 million white male millionaires who voted for Bush in November. But given the nature of liberals, I won't hold my breath.

We're All Black Now!

By Lloyd & Namiko Hart

dadapop@dadapop.com

Now that Electronic Jim-Crow has officially stolen the 2004 presidential and congressional elections it can be officially declared that the South has finally won the civil war. It took a 150 years for the proslavery, segregationist, white supremacist movement in America to accomplish the task but they finally did it.

With the entrenchment of the Right wing sponsored unverifiable touchscreen electronic voting system as well as with the Trident, Diebold and E&SS controlled optical scanner and punch card electronic counting systems primarily in the southern states, but not exluding Ohio, the Dixiecrats' that split from the Democratic Party when the Democratic Party went pro civil rights and that took over the Republican Party can finally claim victory in the civil war that really began in the American Revolution when rich propertied slave owning white men chose not to include the freeing of the black slave and not granting the vote to women in that so-called revolution.

Yes, we're all black now. Disenfranchised from the electoral process in America and soon to be purged from public life altogether. The great irony is that rich propertied white men in the U.S. Senate got to vote on January 6, 2005 to not only hand the South and it's white supremacist leadership the victory in the civil war but also provide them with a well organized fascist dictatorship as the crowning achievement of the complete and total subversion of American democracy.

America has come full circle from resisting to finally accepting the madness of King George. When the war criminal George Walker Bush is sworn in on January 20th. 2005 American democracy will be replaced by lineage despotism.

In the coming years we will see the slow but sure process, a kind of final solution purge of our entire society of any enlightened thinking whatsoever. And of course the first target the right wing has chosen is Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and her fund-raising apparatus. Not that I'm a great Senator Clinton fan but it is an important object lesson that the right wing view centrists like Clinton as a threat to preventing them from for instance, raiding the Social Security Trust Fund to bailout the drunken cocaine snorting capitalists on Wall Street and in conglomerate banking that have squandered away a perfectly healthy technological revolution in the stock market in exchange for total petroleum supremacy worldwide. In other words Congress by indictment.

I do have hand it to those Democrats (Even though it was Democrats lack of resistance to the right wing that put us where we are today) who did stand up and object to the electoral votes from Ohio in the congress for the simple fact that they provided very useful videotape to uncensored media outlets outside the United States that now get to back up all of their U.S. election theft investigative reporting with actual elected leaders in the Senate and House documenting how the election was stolen by George W. Bush and the criminal regime of which he is the titular though lead poisoned head. The international community are important to our struggle here in the U.S. for they provide important needed resistance to the "Crazy Nuclear Armed American" image the right wing love to put out there.

"How can America promote democracy abroad when it has none on it's own shores!"

The way forward.

When you have no electoral option left to you the only way forward for enlightened thinking Americans is massive non-violent civil disobedience in absolute noncooperation with the destruction of the social and environmental contract that was under construction by the American public however meager it was.

The American public must go out into the public streets, sit down, block traffic and chant "No elections? No Peace!"

The American public must also join the Peace Movement in America and around the world in non-violent civil disobedience demanding an end to the very reason the elections were stolen in the first place, WAR.

In doing so the American public can repair the damage that 200 years of Yankee imperialism has caused to the world and begin the process of bringing the social and environmental ideals of the American middle-class to the rest of the world through negotiation, discussion, compassion and the universal love that binds all of humanity to all life on this planet.

Yes we're all black now!

We're All Black Now!

By Lloyd & Namiko Hart

"There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the negro race before the public. Some of these people do not want the negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well."

When it comes to islamic extremists and terrorists, I personally don't care how we extract information from them. If they need additional "persuasion" so be it and deliver it upon them.

http://www.badeagle.com/html/bmans_path.html Here is an article I just found on Dr. David Yeagley's website:

Don't Walk the Black Man's Path
by David A. Yeagley

Originally published at FrontPageMagazine.com | February 13, 2001

Indian elders used to warn against "walking the white man's road." But, since the late 1960s, I'm afraid it is the "black man's path" that has posed a greater peril for us.

By the black man's path, I mean the familiar strategy of black civil rights leaders, who bait, belittle, provoke and bully white people, then run for cover, screaming "racist" when their white victims react.

Sadly, more and more young Indians are following this path, thanks to the influence of leftwing college professors and media personalities such as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.

Take the current disturbances at the University of North Dakota. The university has a mascot called, "The Fighting Sioux." Some Indian students have called it offensive and demanded that it be changed.

Not surprisingly, white students and alumni have fought back.

One alumnus currently building an $85-million hockey arena for the university has threatened to kill the project if the name is changed.

As a member of the Comanche tribe, my name is on all the Indian mailing lists. I recently got an e-mail calling for solidarity with the UND protesters.

It says that Indian students have suffered physical attacks, name-calling, slashed tires, and broken windshields.

Indian students at UND now face a "hostile environment," says the e-mail. Many are seeking to transfer to other schools, to escape their abusive classmates.

Physical attacks of this sort are deplorable. The culprits should be caught and punished.

At the same time, the Indian students have to accept their own responsibility for helping to create the "hostile environment" they now face.

I'm all for fighting when there's something to fight about. But, in my view, this is not the case at UND.

Why should any Indian object if a university has an Indian warrior as its emblem?

The purpose of a mascot is to inspire the school's athletes to fight hard and win. That the school chose an Indian to represent its fighting spirit is a sign of respect. It shows an admiration for the courage and manliness of the Sioux warrior, who laid so many whites in their graves just a few generations ago.

All of this seems perfectly obvious to me. But those who have chosen to walk the "black man's path" are experts at finding things to get offended about. Virtually everything that white people do, no matter how innocuous, can be cited as an excuse to cry "racist."

Take the name game.

Every few years, leftwing black academics announce to their people that they must now call themselves something different. At one time, it was colored, then Negro, then Afro-American, then black, then African-American and so on.

None of these names are better or worse than any of the others. Not long ago I was interviewed by black conservative talk show host Ken Hamblin. He told me that he's perfectly happy being "colored."

Yet many black Americans have been conditioned to treat the nuances between these words as matters of life and death. Try calling a black man a "Negro" nowadays and see what sort of reaction you get.

The name game creates new sources of friction out of thin air, for no good reason. As fast as white people get used to one name, black people change it. That way, no one ever quite knows what to call them, and everyone has to tippy-toe around on eggshells trying to figure out how to avoid giving offense.

I don't pretend to know why so many African-Americans go in for this sort of nonsense. But I do know that many blacks, such as Ken Hamblin, refuse to indulge in it, and for that I respect them.

What concerns me is that so many Indians nowadays - and especially the younger generation - seem to be following the worst examples.

Back in the late '60s, some Indians even started playing their own version of the name game, by calling themselves Native Americans. I don't know who started it. Maybe it was a white liberal.

To this day, most Indians still prefer to be called Indians. I know I do. But white people now have to tippy-toe around calling us Native Americans, for fear that we will take offense.

It's all about playing the victim. Frankly, I find it weak and undignified. It's not the way of our warrior ancestors.

Those young Indians at UND should end their needless fight with the university. The pursuit of academic excellence would be a far better testing ground for their warrior spirit.

Dr. Yeagley's Biography

David A. Yeagley was born in Oklahoma City. He is a direct descendent of Bad Eagle (quin-ne kish-su-it), headman of a Antelope (kwerharenu) Comanche band (1839-1909). Yeagley is an enrolled member of the Comanche Tribe, Lawton, Oklahoma.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin Conservatory of Music; a Master of Divinity from Yale University; a Master of Arts from Emory University; an Artist Diploma from Hartt School of Music; and a Doctorate of Musical Arts from the University of Arizona. He was a special student (doctoral level) at Harvard, in American Studies.

Yeagley is a classically trained pianist, composer, and lyricist. He has created a new system of harmonic organization, and presented it in a formal lecture in Israel, 1998. There his duet for oboe and bassoon, exemplifying the new tonality, was premiered. Yeagley has written a grand opera based on the story of Jack Eisner, a Holocaust survivor. He has written for solo guitar, Indian flute, chamber groups, voice, and orchestra.

Dr. Yeagley has studied religion, literature, and history. He has written many scholarly research papers, book-length manuscripts, and also epic poetry and fiction. He has written works on Christology, biblical studies, literary criticism (specializing in Poe and Hawthorne), and musicology.

Yeagley has a special interest in Persian culture. He wrote the only epic poetry in English in the 20th century. Jahan-dideh (1984) is a collection of seven epics, dedicated to Her Imperial Majesty, The Shahbanou of Iran Farah Diba Pahlavai. Yeagley writes regularly for Persian Heritage Magazine, and serves on the editorial board. Dr. Yeagley spent a two week lecture tour in Iran, 1999. He lectured at the University of Tehran, and at Ferdowsi University, Masshad. He visited Razavi University as well. He presented a paper on "Zoroaster and the Jews" to the Iranian Studies Conference in Washington in 2000, and is scheduled to present another, "David and Darius" 2002.

Yeagley is a portrait artist as well. In 1989, he created a genealogy in portraiture, "Bad Eagle and His Descendents," which showed at Yale Peabody Museum, Philips Academy Peabody Museum, and in Boston's President's Church (Quincy). This collection of portraits includes the male line of a single Comanche family, beginning with Bad Eagle, and ending with Yeagley himself.

Dr. Yeagley has written Indian poetry, and plays Comanche flute. He also gourd dances, and designed his own gourd.

Since January, 2001, Yeagley has written regular columns for Front Page Magazine, the internet news journal of David Horowitz. Yeagley has since appeared on national television and radio, and his articles have appeared in several newspapers in the country. Yeagley is also on the Young America's Foundation speakers list, and speaks at colleges and universities.

Dr. Yeagley is an American Indian Patriot, and has advocated the mandatory teaching of patriotism in public schools. His proposal to the Oklahoma State legislature was endorsed by Governor Frank Keating, and is currently being considered and refined for presentation in the near future.

Dr. Yeagley has taught at Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma City, University of Central Oklahoma, and currently teaches for University of Oklahoma. He has taught Humanities and Psychology since 1996. Yeagley has six years of social work experience in Connecticut, working with the elderly, and emotionally disturbed children and youth.

They have a constitutional right to their opinions.

They, and we, have a God given right to think and say what we want, with some rare exceptions. The constitution was designed to guarantee those God given rights while at the same time limiting what has become the federal leviathan. The constitution was turned upside down while we weren't looking???
