Prosecutors continue to press felony charges against 4 Christian men and one juvenile for their activities at Philadelphias OutFest in October. The group was organized by Repent America, a Philadelphia-based evangelism ministry. Robert Knight, director of CWAs Culture & Family Institute, says the Department of Justice (DOJ) should intervene in this case, but there is troubling news from WorldNet Daily that such help may not be offered.
Thank you..
'Philly 4' Case Hits Prime Time with O'Reilly

O'Reilly interview seems to be the latest, in a google search, of main stream exposure...
I finally did find the phone number for Christian Post, duh blonde here LOL it was on the 'contact page' LOL. Lilia who wrote the article was not in her office, maybe she was in the ladies room. I left my phone number and email for her to either verify or correct her report that the remaining 4 have been acquitted.
I've left a message at CWA to have the lady in the Policy Center either call or email me. Robert Knight is not in today.
I've also left a message with American Family Association Law Center to call or email me as well.
I'll post when I have a reply, I have a fever and I'm going for the Dayquil!!
No porb, we need the full scoop on this. Christians are easily complacent and this issue needs to be pursued. Those arrested ought to be able to sue and win! They're the ones whose rights were violated and it's plain wrong!
Here is another reference.

Article dated Jan 7 2005 regarding the teen facing charges...
"I am a bit distressed that she seems to have fallen through the cracks," Murch said. "The media claim that charges were dropped against seven people, and it was only six; they state that there are only four with charges still pending, when there are five.

Thanks yall! I'm thinking a nap may be in order....LOL
Also see this post He called the newspaper to make a correction
I also received an email from AFA and they confirm the charges have not been dropped. They are representing them.
I still haven't heard from the paper.
Also, what judge dismissed the hate crime charges? It does not say. If it was Meehan, then he did a quick 180, since he was the one who said that the words from the bible were fighting words.
so can anyone tell us who the Judge was?

read all..Lots of confusion.
the post this am does not specify anything.
Admin: could you please ask to have specifics when posting this. My wife and I have been running ragged looking for the specific Judge who said this. nowhere in any article is the judges name that actually dismissed the hate crime charges. We believe someone has purposely made this post with out good sources and has cause considerable problems
