CODE PINK GIVES $600,000 TO THE 'OTHER SIDE' IN FALLUJAH (TREASON ALERT!)
Saturday, January 1, 2005 | Kristinn

Posted on 01/01/2005 6:29:45 AM PST by kristinn

American citizen Medea Benjamin, a leader of the anti-American group Code Pink, announced in Amman, Jordan this week that Code Pink, it's parent group Global Exchange and Families for Peace have donated $600,000 in aid to the 'other side' in the terrorist haven city of Fallujah in Iraq.

This news, which has been ignored by the media worldwide, was reported by Agence France Press but was picked up by only two small news outlets:

"I don't know of any other case in history in which the parents of fallen soldiers collected medicine ... for the families of the 'other side'," said Medea Benjamin, the founding director of Global Exchange, a human rights group.

"It is a reflection of a growing movement in the United States ... opposed to the unjust nature of this war," she said.

"This is the positive face of the American people which we would like to show ... so that we are not looked at with animosity but with love. Our hearts go out to the people of Fallujah and to all the Iraqi people," she said.

Medea Benjamin and those working with her, opposed the liberation of the people of Iraq from the brutal reign of Saddam Hussein. They call themselves human rights activists, yet they support the worst human rights violators in the world from Fidel Castro to the terrorists in Fallujah.

With American troops in harm's way in Fallujah, Medea Benjamin's proud admission that she and her cohorts are giving aid to the 'other side' should be grounds for her arrest for treason.

Code Pink along with their anti-American friends International ANSWER--whose leader Ramsey Clark is one of Saddam Hussein's defense lawyers--will be protesting President Bush at his Inaugural Parade on January 20, using permits issued by the U.S. government.

"To this day, I have never understood why Nixon's Justice Dept never charged Kerry, Fonda and Clark with treason."

Thats right. This POS code pink lady could become Senator of MA or NY someday, and probably will.

Too bad I've progressed from my "stomp a mudhole in your @ss and walk it dry" phase.

I'd like to think that I have, too, and then something like this comes along....This is clearly justifiable mudhole creation.

Myabe I missed it, but I find it very interesting that they don't discuss their tax-exempt status, whatever it is. If it turns out they aren't tax-exempt, that would explain a lot, too.

Media Benjamin would be the very first to squeal like a stuck pig if SHE were ever forced to live in anything less than the full freedoms afforded to her by the United States of America and it's military.

She's a disgraceful excuse for a person.

IMO the only reason the Jordain gov't is letting her spout her anti-American venom is because it is just that. I highly doubt she would get the same reception and be given the same ability to walk around and wave her banners if the banners say Oooooooo something along the lines of "Stop the persecution of Christians". I think then she might find out what oppression really is.

Where is the petition for the Attorney General to try this Medea lowlife for treason ? Fonda, Clark, Kerry, Soros, Penn... How many until we finally start doing something ?
As the title of the Clint Eastwood movie says, "Hang em High".

Someone has probably already mentioned this, but just in case...George Soros and the Tides Foundation fund Code Pink...just as they will fund a Hillary 08 campaign! This needs to be remembered and archived for Hillary's run for the Whitehouse. George Soros also funded newspapers in Iraq that were pro terrorist and anti American. Truly a despicable bunch.....TRAITORS!

It is doubtful that the FBI or Congress would act against these groups. The precedent has already been set by the government's failure to prosecute previous acts of treason during Vietnam (Fonda, Kerry, Clark, etc.). But finding the donor list for these groups could have some concrete effects if our Congressmen and women are forced to justify accepting campaign funds from the same people who funded an obviously traitorous group. I'm not big on boycotts, but if Target contributes to these scumbags, I sure won't be shopping there.

Soros gives money to American political action committees (all on the left, no doubt) because as a foreigner, he cannot give directly to U.S. campaigns. And there's got to be lots of U.S. donors. How does one look up a 501 (c)(3)'s funding sources? Any ideas?

I don't know the answer to your question about 501(c)(3) groups, but George Soros is a U.S. citizen, just FYI.
He became a citizen in the early 1960s. Nice, huh?

This is a great point!

Re: Medea and Code Pink:

"...you can click on the Communist World Workers Party website, one of the central grassroots clearing houses for communist organizers in the United States and around the world."

Leftist revolutionary fronts using "Peace" as a *front* insults the Peace in the world we all hope and fight for.

Note:
The literary "Medea" slaughtered her children in a jealous rage against her husband. Hummm...

"Treason" against the U.S. (Ref: Rosenbergs/websites)does not exist in principle according to the ACLU, et al. Only party disloyalty or renuniciation of socialism/communism is "treasonable." (read David Horowitz and Robert Radosh.)

"Liberals" dismiss the concept of "treason" as quickly as Bill Clinton responds in self-serving lies. The issue of "treason" scares them, me thinks.

"It is up to the Justice Department to deal with this. However, Congress should investigate these group's activities. Especially because most of them are tax exempt 501(c)3s."

Is the Justice Department made-up of leftover Clinton supporters? Really angers me that ACLU, Move-On, Code Pink, et al, qualify as tax-exempt, non-profit orgs.

Anti-Nixon "liberal" controlled media - leftists/communists waged propaganda war against Nixon. (ref: UnAmerican Activities Commission senate hearings during the 1950's)
