CODE PINK GIVES $600,000 TO THE 'OTHER SIDE' IN FALLUJAH (TREASON ALERT!)
Saturday, January 1, 2005 | Kristinn

American citizen Medea Benjamin, a leader of the anti-American group Code Pink, announced in Amman, Jordan this week that Code Pink, it's parent group Global Exchange and Families for Peace have donated $600,000 in aid to the 'other side' in the terrorist haven city of Fallujah in Iraq.

This news, which has been ignored by the media worldwide, was reported by Agence France Press but was picked up by only two small news outlets:

"I don't know of any other case in history in which the parents of fallen soldiers collected medicine ... for the families of the 'other side'," said Medea Benjamin, the founding director of Global Exchange, a human rights group.

"It is a reflection of a growing movement in the United States ... opposed to the unjust nature of this war," she said.

"This is the positive face of the American people which we would like to show ... so that we are not looked at with animosity but with love. Our hearts go out to the people of Fallujah and to all the Iraqi people," she said.

Medea Benjamin and those working with her, opposed the liberation of the people of Iraq from the brutal reign of Saddam Hussein. They call themselves human rights activists, yet they support the worst human rights violators in the world from Fidel Castro to the terrorists in Fallujah.

With American troops in harm's way in Fallujah, Medea Benjamin's proud admission that she and her cohorts are giving aid to the 'other side' should be grounds for her arrest for treason.

Code Pink along with their anti-American friends International ANSWER--whose leader Ramsey Clark is one of Saddam Hussein's defense lawyers--will be protesting President Bush at his Inaugural Parade on January 20, using permits issued by the U.S. government.

Sent to Comrade Benjamin today:

Ms. Benjamin or Comrade Benjamin (medea@globalexchange.org),
You are a traitor to the USA and also a dinosaur in your thinking. Communist like you are rapidly becoming irrelevant. Only in the free West could you exist, in any other country ruled by the tyrants and Communist you appear to support, you would be exiled at best but more likely executed for your actions. We are slowly reaching the point where you will face justice as the traitor to all people who stand for freedom and individual rights, responsibility and representative government.

You and your organization should be on trial for Treason and punished appropriately. May I suggest in the manner of your hero Joseph Stalin, Fidel or Saddam.

I and others will be working to put you and your cohorts on Trial for treason against the USA asap!!!

US Citizen

I don't know if they can be charged with a crime since we didn't declare war on Iraq and Al Quada. This is one of the reasons why our government should declare war and make people choose between two distinctive sides. We should declare war on Iraq and Al Quada to make it easier to arrest these people on charges of treason. If that's the only change it's still worth it.

Contrary to the spin of the anti-American MSM, the majority of Iraqi's are thankful that America has freed them from Saddam and these are the people being helped by the doctors that we are providing medical supplies. Will some that are enemies slip through the cracks, most likely yes, the difference is that Code Pink supports the enemy on purpose.

Is there any way we can keep her in her Marxist heaven? Like not let her back in the country?

You know what is scary? They description you gave of "treason" on post 237 kind of describes the doctors treating the prisoners on Gitmo that get released back to say Afghanistan and then go back to their gang of terrorists and kill the American troops there.

I truly think, though, in the case of Code Pink, they should at least be brought up on charges of treason. I'm sure the ACLU would help them---anyway you look at it, the way our taxes are used, someone helping the enemy will be funded in some way by you and me!!!

The statute about treason doesn't mention only in a declared war. It says enemies.

Art. III Section. 3. Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

If the noose fits, they should wear it...and swing.

This is unfriggin believable. How much more of this traitorous behavior do we have to stand before someone, anyone grows a set and does something about assaults like this against our country and our soldiers?

My digust with Bush grows by the day. He lets this crap go on while holding a gun to the head of all those forced to remain in the armed services under stop-loss measures. I don't blame the soldiers wanting to leave the military. This war is hamstrung by political corectness and our leaders continue to throw men into the meat grinder while preventing them from taking the severe measure required to defeat the jihadists.

I hope you are playing devil's advocate because if you are purposly asking the questions you are, means you have NOT been following the activities and speeches that groups like Code Pink and Internation ANSWER have been involved in.

I heard a speech given in California last year, were a girl speaker from one of the groups was saying that it was the RIGHT thing to do to root for the insurgents to kill the troops because after all, the soldiers are the enemy and just want oil and land for USA.

And I know this because.....I read and listen to news a lot!!!

You are right, it is scary. The difference here though is that this group knowingly and purposely gave to the enemy, as their leader, Medea Benjamin, in her own words claimed that it was collected for the "other side".

Without a declaration of war. they are only TRAITORS that "We, The People" have been charged with, by the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, to protect our country from.

Only if you believe that a country can only have enemies if war is declared. I don't believe that. The Soviet Union was our enemy for decades, but we were never at war with them.

Wells just went co-ed. A couple of students sued to stop the college from admitting men, but they lost. The future of the college was at hand; no men, close the doors.

Their next target is to render the 2nd amendment to apply only to Government sanctioned bodies: Military, police, etc.

What do you mean "next target", these types have been asserting that for years. They even have the 9th US Circuit Court in their corner on the issue.
