Without a declaration of war. they are only TRAITORS that "We, The People" have been charged with, by the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, to protect our country from.

Only if you believe that a country can only have enemies if war is declared. I don't believe that. The Soviet Union was our enemy for decades, but we were never at war with them.

The "formal" declaration of war is necessary for the govt to arrest, prosecute, and execute traitors.

Out cowards-in-congress have no stomach nor honor nor courage enough to openly declare war.

If there comes any revolution in these united states it will probably NOT from an outside enemy, but from internal DISGUST of all lawyers, judges, and politicians.

It would most likely be a bloodless revolution knowing that these scumbags would rather run to china than to face the American Citizens.
