Also no Ricky Ricardo? To be honest i always liked his character better than i did Lucy.

Some more animal characters that got slighted: Flipper, Gentle Ben, Dino, the bear in Grizzly Adams :(

Exactly. More important he should be on the list twice. He was Clarabell on Howdy Doody. I spent many an afternoon after school watching the antics of Buffalo Bob, Clarabell, Phineas T. Bluster, Pricess Summer Fall Winter Spring and of course Howdy!!!!

And where's Uncle Milte????

I just saw her in some movie trailer a week or so ago. That star has shined all it's going to.

Three characters that lasted over 20 years each did not make the top ten? Horse Hocky!
Matt Dillon: 50s, 60s & 70s
Perry Mason: 50s, 60s, 80s & 90s
Joe Friday: 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s.
This aint' no character top ten. It is a favorite TV actor top 10.

Who is Al Bundy?

Chester from the original Gunsmoke series should be on the list.
