Seems like Rossi is stubbornly clinging to a slender lead.

You're out of date:

Christine Gregoire Democrat 1325366 48.82%
Dino Rossi Republican 1329119 48.96%
Ruth Bennett Libertarian 59933 2.20%

Dino +3753

Are the 46,000 King county votes still out there?

I understand the lesbian Libertarian MAY have taken more votes from the Rats...but may they still rot in hell. Not for their twisted ideology, but for the way they vote and their lack of common sense political realities.

Looks to me like you are the one with the outdated numbers.

I'm sorry; I misread your numbers. I'm the one who's out of date.

In any case, Rossi is still holding a lead of about 3,700.

What method of voting does Washington State use? Electronic machines? Punch cards?

I don't know if they have different methods in different precincts. I used a paper ballot like the SAT - darken the circles completely, make no stray marks.

No. I think they have 26,000 provisional ballots they are sorting through now... I may be wrong, though.

Well, you will be happy to know that at least ONE of those provisional ballots is MINE. 8^>

It's different county to county. Mason uses the dreaded punch card with chads and all.

The Dim's are suing in King County for the inclusion of about 900 tossed out "Provisional Ballots". Looks like this will get real ugly!

Go Rossi!!!

It's looking good for Rossi and the fine citizens of Washington.

Each county can be different.

In my county it is 100% optical absentee, next door they use primarily punch card

i hope rossi wins eventhough my good friends mom works for gregoire. if she don't win she does not have a job but i had to vote for rossi anyway. some call me a dick but that what principles are about.

King county better watch out. The county votes must be certified by Nov. 17th.

If they try to delay, the whole counties votes might get tossed, which would give an overwhelming advantage to Rossi.

If I was a judge, I wouldn't even let a suit start until after someone got sworn in.
Otherwise, it's unconscionable interference in the election process by the judiciary.

Grays Harbor County uses SAT fill-in-the-oval type...
