Me, too. I don't believe that all the remaining jurors would that quickly say, "Not guilty" given the evidence. I'll be the two who were bounced either were "not guilty" folks or were holding out for the lesser charge.
What do the other freepers think? (Besides the ones who post to say that they don't care. Fine if you don't care, but then please don't clutter up the message board.)

I hope the networks cut-in to carry it live.
I am without cable here or dish.

...but then again, nothing surprises me. I thought OJ was slam-dunk guilty.

I worry about strawberry shortcake, I didn't read her as one to cave to guilty this fast! Would they call it a verdict if it was a hung jury??

we are talking Cali here folks.. OJ mojo in full effect.. i hope for a guilty verdict, but dont expect one
i just hope we dont reach the point where someone kills their family and uses OJ and Peterson as legal precedent allowing one to do so

It actually doesn't matter what the jury decided, Scott will be a free man sooner or later.
That having been said, it'll be sooner (i.e. "Not Guilty") rather than later ("Guilty" overturned on appeal).

I was thinking that as well.
Unless they actually consider Scott's own words about Laci being dead and all before she was. They may consider that "premeditation". That and telling Amber he'd be away for the holidays but that they could be together (forever) at the end of January.
That would sound like premeditation to me, just me. :)

No, they would not call it a verdict if it was a hung jury. They would say that the jury was unable to reach a verdict and there will be an announcement at 4:00 EST.
