News Alert: Scott Peterson Verdict to be announced today at 4:00 Eastern Time.
Not a chance in hell; keep posting stuff like that and you're just showing how little you know about this case and the law.
Peterson personifies an anti-social personality.
While sad, it is un-avoidable.
Unlike the OJ case, Peterson's fame came from the murder and OJ murdered while famous.
Only the latter get away with it, witness the Menendez case, where again fame came as a result of the murder.

I don't know, but judging from the number of replies this thread has generated in the last 20 minutes (1158), it may be more than you think, lol. I just walked in the house after hearing the story on the radio and I'm shocked to see how many posts there are here.

I completely agree. The Peterson case was actually pretty straight-forward, the defense was ridiculous. Scott Peterson, boring but cold-blooded.
But the Robert Blake case has so many twists and turns and it seems VERY interesting (plus, he's a celebrity).
And with Michael Jackson case obviously is going to be VERY interesting (finally we will hear the evidence against him, guaranteed to be a circus too).
Guarantee he will show emotion when he becomes someone's wife in prison.

Bill Handel on KFI-AM 640 (Los Angeles) is completely surprised by the verdict. Expected a hung jury. Can't wait to hear WHY the jurors voted the way they did. That second jury (with the woman they call "Pinky") is interesting. Everyone thought she'd vote pro-defense. Guess not. How could it have taken such a short time for the (new) jury to come to a verdict with the new people on it. Interesting story.
