Man... you are hard to live with if even a jury in California doesn't like you.
That would tend to indicate you had a low BS tolerance and weren't going to put up with a lot of discussion of "feelings".

I know a lot of Californians, and we know they tend to have lame jury pools... but one thing I've really noticed is that people from California tend to be the least stressed people I've ever met. I can say the same about other left coast people I know.

I read somewhere that he would not let them take a prelimanary vote to see where they were at.
Being a lawyer my guess is he was trying to retry the WHOLE case back in the jury room.
