Didn't a newspaper sue to have President Bush's records released? Now it's our turn. Are we willing pay to get the entire Kerry military record released to the public?
That is a novel approach, but requires lawyers (of which more than a few of the better sort hang around here). But an FOIA request can be filed by a private citizen and should cost less than $300 (the costs are incurred for worker time and photocopying). In the case of students, like me, that cost is sometimes waived. Since my area of concentration is the Cold War era . . . That being said, I've never done one before, but as I get closer to undergraduate thesis it is looking like a strong possibility.
I would donate but it has already been tried by the Washington Times and two others without success. We need to somehow force him to sign form 180. The swifties need to keep up the fight. He needs to be out of the Senate. He thinks he can be powerful. (Sure)
Larry Klayman maybe available as FOIA request seem to be one of his specialities and he isn't running for Senator in FL any longer......... A few thousand may entice him.
You can't get his personal records. However, you CAN get all the legal documents he filed when he had his discharge status upgraded to honorable. You just have to figure out where and when.
We need to strike while the iron is hot!
