The judge presiding over the Scott Peterson double-murder trial has announced that one of the jurors has been replaced by an alternate, meaning deliberations must start anew
So, that's what? Two jurors replaced so far? What are these people doing?

They picked a new jury foreman? I guess they didn't want the guy with 19 notebooks full of notes to be their foreman anymore.
This trial will end with a hung jury. I don't think there is any question.
When it does, then the DA is going to have to decide whether to try it again. That's not going to be an easy decision, given the cost of this overlong and badly-run trial.
Peterson walks.
I'm at the office and am missing the dozens of Fox News Alerts on this (thank heavens for small favors). Are you saying that yet another juror has been replaced with an alternate?

If the judge declares a mis-trial due to jury improprieties
will there be a new trial or will Scott Peterson go free? EGAD! I am so convinced that his guy is guilty I would hate to see him loose.

it says it on breaking headlines that the foreman was dismissed...nothing more yet. Whether Scott is guily or not, I find it strange that a judge can be dismissing jurors like this.

One thing to be thankful for: at least if this murderer walks, it won't become a racial issue.
Since talking about trials is what greta does, the end of peterson, the end of kobe, the body found in the city dump for that other dude, and all she's got left is the Wacko Jacko trial.
