Okay all you blindly loyal Bush supporters. Bush got re-elected as you wanted. Many of you said that if we all would just re-elect Bush he wouldn't try and ram this amnesty-lite program of his down Americans throat, against their will. Many of you also said you would deal with this after Bush was re-elected. So, how about it?! How do you plan to deal with it?! Or was all that talk just blow-hard bluster?!

Every time I got a request for money from the RNC, I wrote CLOSE THE BORDERS with a big black Sharpie across the top and mailed it back empty.

I voted for him, and this issue was a non-factor in the election. Kerry would have done the same.

Sad. I honestly can't follow the logic on this issue.

All of us Bush supporters would say this, "Their amnesty plan was dead on arrival when they sent it to the Congress in January, and if they send the same pig with lipstick back to Congress next January, it will suffer the same fate," he said."

And of course ask who were you supporting for President?

I voted and donated to elect him with the full knowledge that he'd likely cling to this unlawful policy obsession. My attitude was, "You'll be a good president, but you don't have to get everything you want."

If he wants to legalize the unlawful, he'll find an opponent in me until all is explained and a deal offered. Any deal would have to include bringing the employers who hire these "slavelings" to justice. It's the employers.

Bush is now a lame duck. He'd be foolish to waste his capital on his inexplicable loyalty to the ever-French Vicente. Someday someone will have to explain why he's so hung up on Vicente.

The Amnesty program seems to be at the top of the list of "Things to do in Second Term".

Do you honestly believe Kerry would not be giving them blanket amnesty?

In terms of immigration, it was a lesser-of-two evils decision. We won the last time he tried this. We'll win this time, too. But we need to get busy calling our representatives and tell them no way in he77 should we be rewarding criminal behavior.

With Kerry, our protests would have no effect.

Just what part of " Mr. Bush has NOT sent immigration legislation to Congress..." do you not understand ?

Just which proposals brought to Congress has Bush stated that he is supporting ?

Where are the Bushies? A few days ago, I got an email from a Bushie trying to rally support to repeal the 22nd Amendment so Bush can run for a third term. Apparantly, Bush is indispensible. (Unlike Washington, who refused a third term precisely because he believed that no mortal man was indispensible to republican government.)

Just because you have been a member her longer than me, doesn't mean you can't make troll like statements like this one. And this one sounds like one to me, even if people are dissapointed with what Bush has done in this situation. That's all I was saying.

Well, as I remember what we all said was we would wait until after the election and then strongly make our views known in this regard...

One sad fact is there was no difference between either candicate on the issue of illegal aliens; and in fact Kerry's position was more dangerous as he intended to sign an immediate "executive order" making all illegals citizens upon his inaguration.. you know something like the executive order Carter did upon he innaguration to give amnesty to all Vietnam-era war criminals and traitors.

What we need to do is every last one of us need to make our views heard loud and clear. Look at my posts last evening re: NumbersUSA and join with their fight. They are organized and I see no reason to reinvent the wheel rather add to their numbers (no pun intended).
