I have homosexual friends.
My kids have homosexual teachers.
On my street are many homosexual couples with children.
I am a lifelong Southerner.
I own guns.
I like country music, opera and Bruce Hornsby and the Range.
I love dry red wine. I also love beer. I also love single malt scotch.
I have a college degree from a very liberal urban school.
I prefer veal to hamburger, pork tenderloin to hot dogs.
I love the Waffle House.
I can do the New York Times crossword puzzle in fifteen minutes.
I understand derivatives.
I trade futures.
I am one of those stupid, ignorant Southerners who voted for Bush.
The AD -AF sent me to Ft. Meade for three and a half years. In the ANG I've been around the world and to THE ranch out in Texas(if you get my drift).
So have you EVER had a natural physical romantic urge towards a female?
Yes, a couple times. Still a virgin (Except for that abuse, but I'm trying to forget about it), but I've had a few girlfriends and I was romantically attached to them. I'd go into another rambling post, but that'd be somewhat pointless.
LOL! Good. Have you ever thought about LISTENING to right wing talk radio? No, I doubt it.
I'm one of those "crazy" born-again, white Christian Texans (now I live in California).
I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman.
I believe that Saddam Hussein broke a treaty, and that is why the US was justified into going into Iraq.
I don't want a leader that decides what his position is based on an opinion poll.
I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in chemistry. My husband and my son have IQs around 130. I think my daughter is even smarter than my son, but she has never had her IQ tested.
We really fit the bill of those ignorant Bush voters.
My in-laws are new American citizens, and this was their first presidential election. They voted for the first time in 2002. They have lived in the U.S. for over 30 years, but after 9/11, when they witnessed the anti-American reaction up close and personal because they were in Spain at the time, they decided to take the plunge and pursue U.S. citizenship.
My mother-in-law is from Spain, has a Masters Degree in philosophy and a Ph.D. in Romance languages.
My father-in-law is from Chile, and is a recently retired psychiatrist.
They voted for George W. Bush.
YOU ARE A GREAT AMERICAN!
Sorry I should have put just kidding on my post. That is what the left thinks about us.
Here is the homepage of some of my friends down the street...I dont know if they voted this time but I do know they vote Democrat and still have a picture of Bill Clinton on the wall....

How old are you?
Were you ever gay?
Or just abused? (When I say just abused, I don't mean it to sound flippant AT ALL!!!..But I think you know what I mean)
Did you ever play an active part in the gay lifestyle?
(I'm sorry for the probing questions..but I've a lot of gay friends, and have been acused of being a 'fag hag' on occasion...I'm just interested in what you are saying)
I don't know, who's your husband/wife?
You wrote:
i like to pass gas around my wife to watch her reaction.
When you get grandkids you can teach 'em to pull your finger. It's fun!!!
I voted for George W. Bush
That's more than enough, afterall, it ain't rocket science
And you are very kind, sir.
I will say again. I love this thread. What an incredible bunch of people, and this is a small sample of FReepers.
There is more raw IQ on this thread than the entire DNC combined.
That is absolutely the most important statement on this thread.
I am a native Californian...who moved to GA.
I have a degree and a professional credential, and my husband is a computer professional.(Hence the reason for leaving CA)
We are raising four kids. I don't want my children to be taught that homosexuality is "normal".
I don't want to have to TRY to explain to my children why a mommy would kill her baby....and I have already had to do that with my oldest.
