JMHO - but in the past we have heard stories of how unappreciated the Viet Nam Vets have felt because of the left. My view is this country rose up and in a loud and clear voice, validated its love for the Viet Nam Vets and clearly trounced their critics. Viet Nam Vets - your country has always loved you, and it just let the whole world know it!

A WDC rally at the W2 inaugural would be a nice touch.

I praise God for all the Veterans and POWs and that they prevailed in their quest to redeem their reputations and honor. I'm just sorry that it took so long, they have deserved our thanks for so long and I'm very happy to see and know that they have been vindicated. I understand that they are going to continue the fight.

Thank you! $125 I gave to SBVT this year is the best money I have spent; those guys did all the heavy lifting.

Many of us who never were vets, or never were near Viet Nam felt this way.

There is a God.

His justice has been served to Mr. Kerry.

I'm still in a "stunned" state of mind.
Just on election eve, I was in the local package store, and I kidded the staff we had dems that were going to take a shot everytime Kerry won a state, and pubs what were going to take a shot everytime W won a state. So they asked me who I was for. I said, "the President, I'm a vietnam vet". At that instant they both lowered their eyes like I was evil or something was wrong with me.
I really hope that we follow through on Kerry's record. I want it known far and wide his testimony in '71 was a pack of lies. And I also want his discharge papers shown. I'm betting a BCD or an Undesirable.

It is good to see so many in America recognizing the sacrifices that those who served during the Viet Nam era made.

lawrence o'donnell on msnbc may have done more harm to kerry than he'd dare to admit with his vicious attack on O'Neill just a few days before the election. His shouts of "Liar, Liar" to O'Neill showed how far the left would go. o'donnell, himself, had no proof who was being truthful and who was lying, between the SwiftBoat Vets and kerry, but that did not stop his rants.

One factor that I do not recall anyone mentioning. None of those who "served" with kerry said anything negative. I wonder, did the idea associated with being a sailor who "served with the President" taint their comments? After all, they'd been mentioned in his book and failed to challenge his comments. To do so now would bring shame to themselves and their families.

The repudiation by the American electorate, by 3,500,000 votes, of John Kerry and all he stood for since his return from Vietnam is now and will remain forever the full vindication of all the Vietnam veterans who opposed him.

Bravo!!! God Bless the SwiftVets!

This isn't time to relax, though. The 'Rats are already promoting their version of the 2004 campaign, and the SwiftVets get dismissed as 'discredited Bush tactic'. Guess what story will get air time over the MainStreamMedia?

Don't let the MainStreamMedia get aways with it!
