Good catch, I have sent CNN my protest email. That was really really low of them and reflects the SoreLosermanII attitude that cost them the elections.
Its 404 now. Both the renamed pic and original were there about 20 minutes ago, and the webpage hage the new pic inserted into it. The asshole pic is gone now.

it, it would be there for all to see.
The SETUP could be the following:
1. FREE REPUBLIC IS ENCITED TO MASS MAIL DRUDGE.
2. THE WHOLE THING MAY BE A LIE.
3. DRUDGE PUBLISHES IT BECAUSE HE SETS SOME STORE IN
FREE REPUBLIC PEOPLE.
4. LONGTIME TROLLS ON FREE REPUBLIC.
5. VOILA! DRUDGE IS DISCREDITED, FREE REPUBLIC IS
DISCREDITED AT THE SAME TIME.
6. DO YOU EVER WONDER *WHY* DU ACCESS IS DENIED SO

If by setup you mean a false lead, then no, it was not a setup. The file was named asshole.jpg and anyone could go see it.
Now they could do something like this, get us worked up about it, and then remove the offensive item before we can get the word to Drudge or Hannity or whatever.
