Kerry releasing a statemet. Vote count in Ohio not completed. Still quarter of a million votes not counted.
Brit says DEMS have to win a massive majority to win. Looks bleak. Barone says outstanding precincts will help Bush. Carl says Kerry has so many lawyers out there they will use all those resources. Greta says legal experts with her are saying 70% of voters used PUNCH CARDS! Oh no it's the CHAD THING! But no automatic recount because Bush's lead is substantial. So it boils down to provisional ballots.
