Can anyone tell me how Pennsylvania can be so anti-Bush??Amish appeasement?
To: Howlin
Of the states still voting, the only possible Bush pickup (rest are safely Kerry or Bush states already) is Hawaii.
Polls close there in :57 minutes.

Yikes. If that holds, then Kerry has lost Florida. WRONG! If it holds, BUSH wins FL!
To: Mo1
And UTAH.
And with 37% they're calling PA. fcor Kerry, but with more than 1/2 of Fla. in,they aren't calling it for the president.
I'VE HAD IT WITH FNC!

It's really better for us if they don't call these big electoral states for Bush yet. People on the west coast feel like their votes don't count when the election is over before the polls close. Many won't bother to go vote and we need the votes. There are some really important races and measures and Bush needs to gather as many votes as possible for a good solid win.

At almost 10pm here in Michigan, almost two hours afters the polls closed, one polling location ran out of provisional ballots so the police department is making a run to bring more.
Local consultant says in order for Bush to take Michigan, he must take a higher percentage of the vote than he currently has. Bush only received 10% of the vote in the city of Detroit.
To: DaveMSmith
re this picture of President Bush and family...they have Delware 51% for Bush and 48% for Kerry...but then have Kerry's named checked as the winner..is this something new in politics? If you are ahead, you are the loser? Guess I have had one too many drinks tonight...lol
To: conservative in nyc
What is going on in Pennsylvania? FNC had Kerry in the 60s!
