I can't either.

Think about this, the amount of votes in question in OH is more than the difference between sKerry and W in PA.

No one is reporting on this. I would love to know the amount of these so called "I don't know where to vote or weather I registered to vote at all" ballots.

"It's the Moral Values Thing, Stupid!"

Yup. The homo "marriage" ballot questions may have swung it.

The Pats won the Super Bowl. The Red Sox won the World Series. And Kerry lost the election.

The only bad news is that we get him back. But I'm willing to continue serving up losing Democrat presidential candidates from here in MA indefinitely.

It is wonderful to think that with the closeness of these last elections, that every little bit helped. The fact that FR rules and DU droolz may have been the difference in some cases. The fact that Rush Limbaugh gathers the faithful, five days a week, could well be what has pushed Dubya over the top... Twice!

So, who's on tap for 2008? Teddy? He can do the Chappaquiddik Statute-of-Limitations tour...

The best food in the world is in Houston!

AGREED AND SECONDED.

I live out in the SW portion of the Houston area, Katy/Richmond area. I grew up here, and even going away to college in the 80s, I missed Houston restaurants something big when leaving for college. Austin/San Marcos had NOTHING...now they just have copies of everything. Growing up, we went out to eat at least once a week.

I miss those days...happened to marry a man who hates crowds and Houston traffic. He's a country boy who still waves at passing cars on a country highway and loves the backroads.

Im a suburban gal, though. Love the conveniences of the city, but would rather be on the edge instead of in the middle of it.

Voter fraud and manipulation must end now.....

Au contraire mi amigo ( a little hispan frog lingo there).... The whole point of the Rat exercises is to develop a means via the provisional vote mechanism to fradulently steal an electop0n.

The provisional concept has been developed specifically to provide a mechanism that can be manipulated in a corupt legal system to steal a future election.

The legal system does not run on the law, it runs on precedent. We will wittness the establishment of precedent in the coming days. Hillary's future depends on it.

Those vote totals mean that there are only about 105,000 votes left to count. There is NO WAY that sKerry could get 100% of that vote, and that STILL puts him about 25,000 votes short of an Ohio victory. It's time for a Dean scream here, LOLOLOL!

I have to say, I'm disappointed to read people here are watching Rather. The man tried to push fraud documents as truth to destroy Bush, as well as other past behavior. Had he been successful we might be looking at a Kerry win. How anyone can watch Rather this evening and just overlook this really bothered me tonight

Strange thing is that CNN this AM is still calling OHIO a battleground state and still up in the air??? This is exactly what the Dems want them to do - run interference while they figure out a strategy to steal the election.

Also folks...ED Hill has lost an incredible amount of respect from me. TWICE she tried to pipe up and say that it was underrstandable if Kerry wanted to fight Ohio tooth and nail and TWICE Giuliani and Luntz slapped her down hard and fast and she shut right up.

ED Hill, I didn't know you were such a dingbat...

You know...I really don't know! :< They used to advertize pretty heavily in the old days...now I hear nothing. But then so did Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Not sure what happened.

Houston's restaurant scene has changed a bit too, but since I dont go out as much as I used to, I dont have a good sense of what is good anymore. There used to be some EXCELLENT seafood restaurants, Nantucket Inn, The Blue Oyster, and San Jacinto's Monument Inn, to name a few. Now all I know about is Pappadeaux's which isnt too bad, but the more affordable dishes are not that interesting. Babin's up on I10/Katy/Mason Rd. has trumped Pappadeaux's so far. They are the only place that I know of now that makes an excellent broiled and stuffed flounder (which is my all time favorite dish). If you get a chance to eat there, eat the bread pudding : TO DIE FOR!!!!

Cafe Express is also a very good diner.

I know of some very good little cafes here in Richmond, though that surpass some of the big restaurants. Sandy McGee's on Main street (don't go to the one on Hwy 6...Sandy got shafted by the co-owner there...) and Italian Maid. Rancho Grande has some of the best Mexican I have ever had.

Okay I'm back for the first time since 6:30am EST. Have I missed anything significant? Also a thought: To aid Mr. Kerry in his important decision, I'm wondering if there's any possibility of Navy Chief and friends being interviewed by Rush, Hannity, The Swifties, etc., regarding Mr. Kerry's 'less-than-honorable-discharge' or is it still too early for that???

Oh, hech yeah...Houston has the BEST restaurants. I'm coming home for the first time in a year in December-January and I'm already salivating over the thoughr of going to all my favorite places. I get 24 days to get my cravings all fixed.

I've even craved James Coney Island.

Hehehehehe...

Did I tell you that a co-worker will be returning to work today after campaigning in Ohio for the last four days. The hits just keep on coming 8-)

I was at work tonight in Manhattan -- as you can guess, I'm the only one in the office who was voting for Bush. How wonderful it was to sneak a peak at the freeper board, and see what my fellow freepers had to say about things. Thank goodness for this board, or I would have lost my sanity long ago! ;)

LOLOLOL! In her half-hearted defense, I think she does try to play "devil's advocate" in arguments to keep an interview going. She may have been a registered D before this year, but I will BET $ that she voted for W this year.

P.S.: One local paper here in Western MA (ironically called 'The Republican') has the headline 'PHOTO FINISH'! The Dems here are all in need of a diaper change big-time!
