With the election going on today, we decided to make each of you "President" for a day. Now that you are ruling the country--what would you do? Would you give everyone Friday's off? Would you get rid of the income tax? What would you do?

America needs you. You have been made President for a day because the current one is going fishing on the new Mars settlement.

If I Were President, I Would......

Ban Taxes?
Remove The Speed Limit?
Repeal the Beer Tax? (Have to get a plug in for Burkaman 4 President!)

I like the idea of rescinding foreign aid for the UN above all others, and then anyone else who isn't "on our side". Ceasing aid to the rest is a good thing.

If I were President (Wasn't there a Popeye cartoon called this?)

I would:

Back up the border patrol with troops brought back home from South Korea and Germany.

Ban funding for the NEA, NPR, and PBS.

Do away with bilingual education, and bring back dress codes for schools. Also have a nationwide voucher program.

Make abortion illegal except where the pregnancy is life-threatening to the baby or the mother.

Make Western Canada the 51st state and drop MOABS on the rest.

Replace the UN with NATO to create a true peacekeeping organization, one made up of our real allies Britain and New Europe.

Get rid of Bravo and Lifetime.

But seriously, why should I give up being the Emperor of the Known Universe just to have Bush's job? :^)

We are here 24(mostly)/7/365 to provide a place for our military to stop in, pull up a chair, and enjoy a joke, hear a song (requests taken), read some history, enjoy a cyber meal (no calories), hear about our families lives, join in the silliness, and just relax.

If I were president:

1) I would low-crawl everywhere because I would be one heckuva target for Dems:

I'm a Christian, unmarried, heterosexual, non-hyphenated, non-minority, non-wealthy, female, enlisted, CONSERVATIVE, soldier who comes from a non-wealthy, conservative, non-broken, non-blended, SOUTHERN, suburban family with a government agent Dad, a stay at home Mom and a football star big brother.

2) I would order the immediate prosecution of traitors, past and present, to the fullest extent of the law, IE: PUBLIC execution.

3) Have a glass of sweet tea and sit on the porch.
