When it comes to the troops and war, WV can ALWAYS be counted on. The war is driving the pro-Bush fever here.

With this set of polls, there's a lot of ways we can win, as long as we win FL. Kerry has to run the board if we take FL.

Did you guys even read this? It says,
"Mason-Dixon Polling & Research, Inc. of Washington, D.C. conducted these polls from October 15 through October 18, 2004." I've never seen such a stale poll...just think of all the news that has come out since then, not to mention other polls more recent.

PA is going to be a stretch for W. I'm in the Philly media market and the feeling is very pro-Kerry here. The local media is relentless and, as always, voter fraud and ballot stuffing will be an issue in the city.

If they hold, we are looking at an absolute blowout on election day.
No, not a blowout.
I'm extremely confident Bush will win, and in such a fashion that legal challenges won't fly, but some of the wilder fantasies of Reagan-Mondale style blowouts don't seem to fly.
I think Kerry will still win PA, MI, NH, OR, etc.

Bush 49, Kerry 44 in Iowa. Iowa looks like it is going red.

The only poll they like is Carville's and Zogby's (when Zogby isn't kissing Republican butt, anyway).

New Mason-Dixon polls just released: FL+4; OH:+2; WV:+8; MN:+1; NM:+5; IA:5; AR:+8; NV:+6 This is agreeable with www.tradesports.com where people put there money where their mouth is.
All day today the Old Media including Fox was spinning "tightening the race".

what's the Philly weather forecast for Tuesday?

Good catch, I wish I'd noticed that myself.
In defense of the original poster, the MSNBC website is pretty deceptive regarding the timing; at the top they list a recent date; the fact that only the MN poll is new and all the others are old is buried deep at the bottom.

It shows Bush behind in Wisconsin...and Ohio. HE HAS TO HAVE WISCONSIN!!!!
To: Nakatu X
If Bush can win Ohio and Florida Tuesday night its over for Kerry no matter what happens in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. I doubt Bush can win Michigan or Pennsylvania but a win is a win.
To: ambrose
It says the Minnesota polls were updated form 27th thru 29th, The rest were done between the 10th and the 18th.
